They have great clothes, but were phasing out their menswear on my last visit. Sad to see it go.Edit: They have their menswear section back!

I just went into the store on Black Friday. I went in to try on a pair of boots. I wasn’t greeted or helped. In fact, the sales associate, a young girl, was standing on her phone with such a sour face. I took it upon myself to take the shoes I wanted to try off the display and try them on. She clearly saw I needed help, but I wasn’t offered help. After trying on the shoes by helping myself, they didn’t work out. Instead of asking if I needed a different size she simply said “are you done with these?” To put it simply, this chick was a major b****. I am appalled at how poor the customer service was, or should I say the complete lack of customer service. A simple hello and can I help you would’ve sufficed. Glad I didn’t give this chick a sale.
