I really like Fossil products, but my experience in this store wasnt great. I was told the wallets were on sale for 25% off but when I checked out, I did not get the price reduction. Also, I was confused on how to check out as their is not a traditional check out desk. Instead, any employee can ring you up on their phone. Not sure how I was supposed to know that.

Fossil has been our favorite brand for 20 years and this was a good store,,this is the story, We bougth 2 fossil smart watches 2 years ago , both expensive more than $225 each, both have been a nightmare, We have to come back every 3 months for âfree batteriesâ before they where at least polite, today they very not polite, its a shame, stay away, buy another brand, Fossil is gone and they arenât even polite fixing their own mistakes.

Purchased a watch from this retailer at the Galleria Mall - they were kind and price matched to another merchant to make the sale happen that day. Great experience and customer service.

I love that at least the store in Dallas won't be closing...is sad the one in Baton Rouge closed this past weekend. Great service, latina staff was so helpful, big smile and great service.

Wife went in with our son and was continually asked what she was in need of when she said she just wanted to look, the sales gal turned and spoke about her negatively. When she called them out for being so rude they pretended like it was nothing. She finally just left and we spent money elsewhere. She had wanted a new purse.

We have gone to both locations (North Park & Galleria) and Julissa has been very pleasant and helpful. Even when we arrived 5 minutes before closing, she went above and beyond in making sure we get what we want with no pressure to leave. Her and another male employee was very patient. Fossil is our favorite and we are happy that both stores offer top tier customer service.

The Fossil store at the Galleria is great! I visited today and it was clean, organized, and the displays were pretty. The customer service was 10/10!
