A great shopping experience, all around. I was greeted the moment I entered, and appreciated the in-store mask policy. All my questions were answered, and I even got an ETA on the availability of something I was looking for.Wonderful personal service, and I felt like the most important customer in the shop at the moment. They are always kind and helpful! Today I drove out there from Ft. Worth completely unprepared thinking I could go in and shop. Lol They had sent me email updates that I hadn't read all the way through. When I called them while sitting in the parking lot they kindly guided me through the website to find what I needed. They then delivered it all out to my car quickly and efficiently! Thank you for your help today!

I have been working with the gang at floral supply for over 10 years! They have never let me down on supplies or special orders. Even with the pandemic they have still been right on time with all my supplies. Kasey has been really wonderful to work with she knows her inventory like a book. They have even hosted a few design classes with their vendors which have been really informative. They send out little news letters on new supplies and ideas in the industry.If you haven't been, stop by and check them out the whole staff and delivery staff are all pleasant and helpful.

Have been getting some incidentals from this location for 11 years now for the Whole Foods Market where I work as a florist--especially tissue paper, arrangement boxes, mini greeting cards, and raffia raffia raffia! It feels like visiting family every time I come in, the service is top notch. Love Kasey and Abraham especially.Be prepared to have a million ideas sparked for you as you peruse their amazing selection of EVERYTHING you need to make knockout florals for your customers and package them in the prettiest, most appealing ways. Don't forget your basic tools--they are here, too.Wholesale and retail prices are listed neatly under each item on the shelf so you can plan your spending. If you cannot find anything, or have any questions, just ask. This is the zone for us creative floral people, and you will get nothing but respect here!
