Floor & Decor.
As a GC we bring all our customers to F&D to pick out from your large display and show room.
But the pick up department has a very bad service.
Orders are never on time we normally send our employees to pick up material and 99% of the time orders are not ready and when we ask for reason why the orders are not ready the employees of this department has a nasty attitude.
And they are just there talking to each other making jokes and wasting time but not helping the customers who have spent a lot money on F&D product.
May this message needs to escalate to headquarters.

I own and operate wisdom tile, we mainly deal with the NRH location, today I picked up an order at the Dallas store, had a great experience, Aaron helped me tremendously locate what I needed. He went above and beyond to inspect the marble base we were picking up. Great young man, he’ll do great things there.
