I brought my C300 in for transmission and cooling system rebuild after 120k miles and 14 year ownership. I own this car since new and I care a bit too much for it as the purchase marked an important part of my life and no matter how many other euro cars I have I just can never let this one go.
Joe and his tech team brought this back to life which I am very thankful for. They had to deal with a series of hurdles dealing with third party vendors, TCM programming and Mercedes policies but they came through delivering a great shifting ride.
I highly recommend FixEuto to anyone who loves their car. ??

The only shop in town that was willing to actually diagnose the transmission issue on my 2012 VW Eos DSG instead of just saying it needed replacing with a brand new one.
Joe and his team found that the clutch came apart due to the snapring having been installed upside-down at the factory.
Also identified the hesitation off the line that 2 dealerships and VW itself said was "normal" as an issue with the flywheel.

Our experience at FixEuro was exceptional! Joe and Chris are honest, kind, professional and so helpful. We had quite a lot of work done on 2 different cars and are incredibly happy with everything. We won’t consider going to another mechanic as long as FixEuro is around, which I hope will be as long as we have cars to deal with.

Towed our 2005 Mercedes to FixEuro with a loss of hydraulic fluid expecting the worse. Joe was very helpful on the phone and after checking my car it was discovered to be a blown hose. While in the shop they discovered that my radiator was leaking. So the radiator and all attached hoses were replaced as well as the blown hydraulic hose. There was a long scrape along the body work which showed because of the black color. FixEuro did a good job in repairing the radiator and hose, and they even fixed the scrape on the body work without even charging for it. Thanks very much, Joe. Highly recommend FixEuro.

I have a 2006 SLK that had stopped shifting. Took it to several transmission shops nearby and was told that no one worked on Mercedes transmissions but the dealership. Found Joe and he explained the problem, got the parts, fixed it and got the software up to date. I am very pleased and saved a lot over dealership price.

Joe is the consummate professional after countless phone calls to find someone to work on our Classic 1972 Mercedes 300 SEL, Joe was recommended. It took us a while to get it running to get to the shop, but once we were there the Mercedes was taken care of and brought back to life. It wasn't easy because this jewel is 51yrs old. I was out of town when my son called and he had just been on a test drive with Joe, he said he was still smiling on his way home. Life has a way of reinforcing the honesty of a professional it was nice to wash the car down and tuck it in the garage all is right with the world. Thanks, Fix Euro, and of course Joe!

So i came here after kwik kar was pushing expensive repairs over some codes my transmission was giving off. They told me, and i quote, “my car is not safe to drive and may fail in the middle of the road”. Well thank god I didn’t listen to them and took it to FixEuro instead. It took them a few days to actually get to my car, but when they did Joe and his crew assured me there wasn’t any major problems. All i needed was some servicing, topping of fluids, and i was good to go. They saved me 100s of dollars by being honest and up front with me. They could’ve easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge but they didn’t because they are some stand up dudes. Happy to say ill be bringing my car to Joe in the future and I recommend yall do to.Service: Transmission

We called and stopped in for a consultation regarding the transmission of our Mercedes Sprinter. We live full time in the van and Joe was very helpful and did a test drive and pulled codes to help us problem solve. He gave us a reasonable estimate of the work to be done. We ended up driving on as we were just passing through, but he was willing to work us in and make the necessary repairs as quickly as possible. Didn’t ask for a dime in advance. The office manager, Chris, was also helpful. Good people trying to help people out who need help. We were very appreciative. Although we can’t speak to the work quality, the integrity was top notch.
