It has been two years now since I have been with Fit Theorem White Rock. I have grown mentally, physically, and spiritually there. I have built up strength, muscle, mindset change with fitness kickboxing from the challenges, drills, and skills that have helped build me up and that I am able to utilize in my daily life along with nutrition which is KEY, and the shared wisdom and knowledge from the AMAZING coaches that personally care about us all the way around. ? I love to share my daily posts of the class and our coaches on my Facebook page. They put so much time, effort, and love into what they do and they do it for us. They challenge us, they help us set healthy goals, they root for us, and they take the time, one-on-one, to connect with us. I am grateful to be a part of this amazing fitness journey and could not be more grateful for the amazing people that I get to enjoy it with!? Best workout experience ever. Very non conventional, they care about the overall health of you as a person. Their approach to health and fitness is all encompassing targeting mental and mindset, physical and strength, health and nutrition and fun with fitness. All the Coaches are amazing and bring something very different to the gym and experience. I've definitely found my FITT and my tribe @ FitTheorem. Literally wouldn't want to be anywhere else!

Taquicia was an awesome coach and confidant during the self-love challenge! She is an amazing listener, and offered solid advice, which helped me so much during this unique, inaugural challenge focused on fitness and nutrition with emphasizing self care and compassion forgrowth.

I just completed the 6 week challenge and loved it! Down 4.5% body fat, but more than that I was just proud I finished! With Coach Mak walking along side me and helping guide next steps in nutrition and workouts it made it way easier to keep going. I learned I LOVE kickboxing!! Definitely former some incredible habits I’ll keep the rest of my life.If you’re on the fence about trying it, DO IT :)

Just finished a 4 week kick boxing challenge at Fit Theorem Dallas White Rock and I lost 4 percent body fat in 28 days. Nice coaches. Fun classes. Great community. Along with all the fitness classes they also provide a great a nutritional plan that is easy to follow. The combination really works and the experience was amazing.

The entire Fit Theorem experiences from beginning to end was great and super effective. From the coaches and teachers to the easy to follow meal guidelines along with the daily gratitudes. The process aloud me to lose 7 percent body fat in just 28 days. The diversity in classes and the community they’ve established made this an amazing experience. Thank you Fit Theorem!

I recently came across a 6 week challenge while scrolling through instagram. The ad was looking for individuals in the White Rock area who are ready to make a positive change in their lives. After I signed up there was a phone interview and then I met in person with a team member to go over the rules. Luckily at the time I signed up it the challenge was reduced to 4 weeks to fit between the holidays.The challenge itself consisted of 28 days, 12 classes minimum, easy to follow meal plan and a daily journal. It took me a little while to find the balance to fitting in meals, workouts and rest but after a week I had a routine down. The classes ranged from fundamentals, kickboxing, hybrid strength/kickboxing, building strength and recovery. I enjoyed the variety of classes, coaches and personal playlists during all of the classes. This was my first experience kickboxing so everything was new for may and most days walking into class I had no idea what we would be doing. At the end of 4 weeks my techniques have improved, I’m mindful of nutrition, and I’m aware how much physical work it takes to work off all those craft beers.If you’re looking for a change and want a guide to get you started, I would recommend a challenge at Fit Theorem. 28 days was my challenge and it takes 28 days to create a new habit.

I love this place, and the staff is absolutely amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Makenzie on a 4 week challenge and having her as a coach made all the difference in the world. I reached my goal of losing 10 lbs in 4 weeks. I didn’t have to starve myself to do it. I changed my mindset (which in most cases is what keeps us from reaching our goals) and took it one day at a time!

This is the best gym that I have Ever been to. It is worth every single penny. I started going to this gym because it was close to home and I was intrigued with the six week challenge. Let me tell ya— TRANSFORMATIVE. Every single coach there is phenomenal. They hold you accountable, push you, and teach you how to be the best version of yourself. They’re all so sweet and supportive. It’s easier to reach your goals when you have a community of like minded people who are after similar goals. This gym has taught me how to properly go about my food intake and how to stick to my goals. Beginning of the challenge, six weeks sounded scary and almost impossible. Now that the six weeks is up— I can’t imagine going backwards to how I was in week one. These healthier habits have become my lifestyle— and I love it. I can go on and on and on about all the good things about this gym. The main thing is the coaches are top-tier and are 100% cheering for you and want you to succeed, the members are awesome, you’ll have a new FitFam, you’ll gain so much valuable and life changing knowledge, and you’ll have accountability. I asked for a refund due to health issues. They tell me I have to get a form signed by my doctor in order to get my money back!! Why do I have to give you my personal health information for a refund? And I’m not even asking for a full refund because I did two classes..What? This back and forth has been going on since august. Then I ask for a manager to contact me. NOTHING. And this is the white rock location. I’ve sent numerous emails. NOTHING. Absolutely not. I’ll tell everyone be very careful before you do business with these con artists.
