This is the worst bank ever they gave me a fake hundred dollar bill I tried to confront them the next day and they said they had to go through these phases before they can confirm that they did when I talked to the manager he said they haven’t even started checking and this was the next week so I just asked to close my account and they tried to charge me 25 more dollars on top of the fake hundred

Well I was going to open an account here and I see all these bad reviews and I don't see first convenient responding to offer their side of the story so that tells you don't bank here

The MOST INCONVENIENCE bank ever. Would not recommend. When you report fraud they just look at you like your d*** and retardant saying "there's nothing we can do"

This is the worst branch I have ever been too. If it was up to me I’ll close it down completely. It’s always a line the workers work at the slowest pace possible and I think they do it because they don’t like to work so they work very slowly so customers will leave. Every time I come I have to wait at least 30 minutes every time to be seen. This is by far the worst branch they have . Corporate need to shut this branch down since the employees are so slow and it’s pathetic how this branch is ran. Everyone that works here does not know what they are doing and someone with a higher position need to see what this is all about. These are the people running this fiscal.

I checked to see if my stimulus check arrived at my old bank account, I wasn't sure if I had closed it or not. The teller ASSURES ME they have the stimulus check of $600 and that I would have to open a new bank account to recieve it. Here I am 2 weeks later, they called that I won't be receiving the $600 stimulus check and that I would pay $25 to close down the account or risk monthly maintenance fees. My DD is at Wells Fargo and debit card transactions. The whole point of opening this account was to recieve the $600, now I'm being charged fees.

My wife and I were already in the process of leaving this glorified check cashing joint they call a bank when they got rid of 24 hr phone support.... leaving my wife stranded with a disabled debit card. Fast forward to today...I went to this branch and withdrew from the ATM for our casino trip. The branch manager happened to be working the teller line. She refused to exchange for big bills. I was flabbergasted when she told me to go to the Kroger courtesy counter. I can't wait for my new bank's debit cards to arrive so we can be done with this unprofessional institution.

I have nothing but good to say about this bank. They know me when I come in and always give me a lian..even when I know my credits not the best..they rate me on my activity with them which is a Godaend!! Thank you guys for always being there when I needed your loan departmwnt!!!

This is got to be the worst bank in Dallas Twice in like 8 weeks fraud on my account. First time profilers from foreign land 545 dollars and waiting on last one A month ago someone called and transfered 3500 out of my account. Went to bank and teller and I both talked with fraud dept. Week later oh we never did. I have teller name everything on report. I have to wait another week Over there weeks now They don't ever admit guilt This is causing me to loose car insurance because of bouncing checked Money was meant for deposit etc on a apartment. Lost it or delayed move in. I had given notice on old place so now I am having to pay hotels. Eating out Figuring 100 dollars a day lost because of there negligent. And hold times just to check accounts over two hours blaming the virus. Cashier during this time pocketed 300 dollars instead of adding to two bank accounts. Another police report. My car people threatening to rep O car because of no insurance If not corrected tomorrow. I will be on streets

Been with bank for about 7 years and finally had enough. Two weeks before my debit card expired I called the bank to make sure they only sent one copy of my new debit card. A week later what do you know I got two. But the best part was, when I called they told me which one to activate, but THE MAIL WAS OPEN ALREADY. So of course I ordered a new card. This meant I would not have access to money, but the customer service line told me that I could temporarily use my expired card only for debit transactions, but I'd have to wait until the card expired and call in. So after it expires I called again and they said there's no way to use that card after all. Great service lol.
