The staff is ok but the manager is the rudest of them all (Janet Cervantes) do not trust her…I used to work there and she always made it seem like I wasn’t doing good enough but that goes to show their lack of empathy…highly don’t recommend banking there or working there…you’re welcome ?

I have more than 20 minutes at the site, it does not have any closed sign nor does any of the staff attend, the web candle has extended hours until 6 p.m.

This place is awesome. Janette is a great leader and supervisor she has helped me out greatly. The associate I think his name is Felix or Fenix? He is a great guy too always takes care of me and really listens and refers me to the right services of the bank.

staff is not friendly.3 agents behind the window one agent has 1 client. Other 2 agents behind the window not communicating why they are not taking anyone right now..People waiting in line.I had to step in and ask them can you acknowledge us and tell us why you're not taking people. We are waiting for our system to load up. People are waiting i 5 minutes. Location in rockwall has the greatest communication. A acknowledged a person waiting in line and they will tell them thank you for waiting will be with you in just a moment. Agents here are not friendly.

Staff is friendly. As a bank though I prefer bankers that can handle issues in house. The fact that I would be given a piece of paper with an 800 number circled on it to call in regard to an issue with an overdraft that I had never incurred before is beyond ridiculous. I had split money between two banks and when I mentioned this to my banker at BBVA they said absolutely we would have taken care of you in house and waived the fee. I even recently had to replace my debit card. The one we ordered a few weeks back never arrived so I stopped in today with my personal banker and she said that wasn't right. Let me expedite you a card. Normally that would be $50 but I will take care of that for you. I mentioned this customer service when I closed out my account and was just told well we aren't BBVA. You are correct. You are not. But take a lesson out of the situation when someone gives you constructive feedback Instead of getting huffy. I am glad the manager decided to step in as the young lady I dealt with before became very agitated even after I said it wasn't her it was their "policy"

Turned our cards off for a fraud warning on a Sunday evening. We called them only to discover that they no longer offer 24 hour phone banker support. We fully intend on moving all of our accounts ASAP. This is unacceptable in this day and age... especially when the title "convenience" is in your name!

Came in today and one of the worker was helping the lady whatever they were doing was taking a while which is fine. The thing is the other guy working just walking around and didn’t help and said someone would be with you in a few it’s frustrating when you want to get in and out and the other worker isn’t doing anything besides standing in Kroger’s by the door
