Terrible experience, I am a customer of this place on Ferguson Rd Dallas, TX, for many years I have always bought, set aside, and pawned items, but lately the service and its rules no longer work, I put an item in set aside and I forgot to give the payment, the final day to make the payment and they told me that they would give 3 more days after the final date and I arrived with my money on the 4th, that is, one day after the supposed due date, there is a Hispanic male person, who is always at the counter and I have seen him for some time in this store and he told me that now, he couldn't make the payment for the section, because it had already expired and I told him but it's just a one day late, plus it's not a commitment, it's just a section and he said no, you can't and I told him, are you going to keep everything I've already paid? and he said yes, and he said that is the business, we keep the money and the article. I recommend that you do not leave items in this place and do not pawn your clothes here, imagine, if they do this to you for putting aside items, I don't want to imagine what they do to those who pawn their clothes, since it is their money from the business that they It is at risk..stay away from this place..

Don't waste you time on these guys, there no help! Fibbers, and I'd recommend keeping your stuff, and just asking one of you're close peoples for money cause these guys won't let you pawn your stuff, they want to buy you're stuf. So people don't go see them, nor skillman. I promise you can do better without!!!! Beans and Bologna

On 03-19-2023 I bought a nintendo Ds with a game and when I got home to play it the nintendo DS wasn’t working and now I what my money back he also charged me $10 more than what the nintendo DS said I WANT MY MONEY I PAID $75.78.

Horrible horrible customer service I went in Friday the 11th to buy an Xbox for my girlfriend with one of the pawn shops employees a female was the one attending me seemed annoyed when I was testing the console before buying and many of the consoles had different items missing but in the specific one that I wanted to buy the cables and HDMI were missing as well the controller that it did come with was broken the one that I did ended up getting didn’t come with a controller which was fine cause they sold them apart but it also didn’t work it was broke… none of the items they sell come with warranty you have to pay in order to return or exchange the items which the lady didn’t explain to me with any of the items….I tried to come in today the 12th to return the controller and some dvds and games that I bought the day before the lady that helped me was there and she told me that the dvds werent going to be able to be returned as well as the controller because she told me that it’s sold as is the day before which was a lie she didn’t tell me anything about that or about warranty I then ask about the two games and she told me that they won’t be able to take them back either because in one was the wrong game which I didn’t know because they don’t check their items before selling them to you I then asked her if there’s nothing that they can do and she said she will go to speak to the manager they both came out and the manager didn’t even come up to me to help or explain anything she just stood there on her phone she let her other employee which was a guy talk to me then my girlfriend went inside to ask where does it say that they don’t accept returns the guy just pointed where and didn’t say anything she then asked why they aren’t able to take the games because it’s not the customer’s responsibility to check the item before walking out he then told her that it’s because they sold the games at a lower price so they aren’t able to accept a return again the lady that helped me and the manager just stood there snickering and when we left it looked like they were gossiping about us because they looked outside to our car and looked back when we looked at them. DONT EVER BUY FROM HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE A HORRIBLE PAWN SHOP!

One of my favorite hobbies is going to pawn shops. These pawn shops put stickers on their items. The sticker shows the date that it came in in the top left corner, and the price it was when it first went on the shelf. The dates on the stickers indicate when the price will change. The woman inside this particular store either doesn't know their own business or was straight up trying to lie to me. She told me that they don't go by the stickers, which I know is a complete lie, probably to make her more commission. I would never sell anything to this store, nor would I ever buy anything from this store. They are apparently completely dishonest and not worth ever doing business with! There are pawn shops on nearly every corner in this area so I would avoid this one and drive another 5 minutes to one that is honest.

They close at 7 I guess due to the pandemic so I called like at 645, whoever I spoke with (Mexican dude) places me on hold until 7:08 and then just hung up. This the type of s*** that really pisses me off cause you coulda helped me right then & there. All I needed was to know if I could come in and get my stuff tomorrow due to me just getting off work. So if I go I tomorrow & my stuff gone because they try and say I ddnt call or whatever ima be so pissed & it's gonna be a problem.
