Don't go here to try to sell anything. They will definitely lowball you brought in two wallets that were $150 plus retail price that were in mint condition variable taking care of you would have thought they were brand new and they only offered me $30 for both I asked 30 to 40 for each because they turn around and sell them on the shelves for $150

Although i am a customer, this review is about something different. My car broke down today in front of this location. The gentleman (an employee) that helped me jump my car off took time out of his day to brave the heat and the rain to make sure my vehicle started. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. I am super appreciative for the stellar customer service.

The customer service needs much improvement. Guest should be greeted especially when staff is just sitting around NOT busy at all w only one other person in the store. Does not give friendly energy and will be spending my money else where. You would think if someone come to the counter WHERE GUNS ARE BEING SOLD YOU WOULD WANT TO INTERACT WITH THE CUSTOMER NOT ONLY TO HELP BUT TO SELL . yes it’s a pawn shop but it’s still a shop so I expect your employees to be willing to sell. Walked in and out without anyone saying a word. Other locations however greet you in and out and ask if you need help finding what you are looking for.

I have purchased a few items from this place. I guess I don't learn easily, each time the items were damaged in some way it's not easily detected. When I would ask if I could trade the items for something different and pay the difference, I was rejected. They are quick to point out it's sold as is. They should be honest enough to point out the problem with their products and their return policy. The manager a young Hispanic lady has no clue about customer satisfaction and retention. Never will I step foot in that place again. Super unsatisfied.

Very disappointed with the service of this place. Took my daughter to sell her viola that she has had for 3 years and cost over $1200. Great condition came with bow and accessories. She had wrote on the shoulder strap and the guy says sorry not interested. I asked him why and he says we don’t take school items. Ummm excuse me!!?? I don’t know what clientele they have there m, but to make an insinuation that my daughter’s viola was from a school. How dare you! Would never recommend this place!
