We pawned expensive brand new items to this location because we lost our job . Therefore we continued to pay their expensive interest just so we didn't lose our items. They normally give us a call or text . However I tried starting at 6:45 to call the store to let them know I was on my way. ( I wk 9am to 7pm daily) hower their lazy worthless employees would not answe the phone. The business closes at 7 not 630 and not 745 needless to say we lost approx 3500$ worth of items because they can't do there job. They could plainly see wee paid interest for over 3 months. And you don't have the common sense to know we're tryin to keep from losing it? The mgr there should not be even in customer service . He is rude as hell . I will never step foot in there again ang I my husband and I were repeat customers but never again and I'm a manager myself I will spread the word about ur sorry service !!!!!! And I've called corporate! Sorry to excuse for a pawn shop

Don't pawn here ! They didn't call me and sold my sewing machine!!!! They said they did and left a voicemail, I showed them my voicemail and it didn't have their number in my list. I only pawned it for $40 and it was valued at over $200. I will never do business with them again.

The truth is, I was a frequent customer, they are rats, I trusted them, they always came out stealing, the first time it was with a countersignature and the second time it was with a tool and they delivered it to me in terrible conditions. I will never buy or pawn those fucking rats again. I hope more people know.

I just finish Sailing a Mini Google Speaker 2nd Generation for $10, I pawn it last time for $10 I was trying to get $20 for gas since the coronavirus it's been hard, and the guy he looks at the cheapest one and the one that's on sale in home depot I'm so disappointed cause I go a lot to this Pawn shop, $10 for a $49.00, last time to this girl I sold a Vacuum clean with everything for $20 when it was $60 they always look at the cheapest, things cause we try to get at least half of what we spend when we pawn. This happen on October 28, 2020 at 4pm just now.

Great customer service. The manager was super helpful and professional, the crew are also very friendly and always help me select what I’m looking for. Best prices in town too. definitely a place to stop by if you’re in the area !!!
