Best pawn shop, they gave me top dollar for my electronics when I was in need of cash. Once I was established, I picked up my items & they were in great condition! I would definitely recommend this place!

First pawn is a very good company but when they're slow and have low income people come in here they're figuring out different ways to take your money they have to not call you to lose your pawn and restart your over again they're willing to do, so if they could get you to restart your layaway or pay any penalties that's how they gain it they steal from the poor and the uneducated I'm calling my education color communities to do investigation God has led me to leave this message we will prevail in our faith and bring this pawn shop back to standards, remember if you steal from the poor and restart the loan it will catch up and it has caught up

Very unprofessional very rude and when they don't want to pawn anything they tell you they're not accepting things then take the phone off the hook to where it give a busy signal I will not recommend this pawn shop to anyone

Went to pawn a brand new never used iRobot self vacuum/ Roomba that reatails for $185 and they offered me $15! Would not negotiate to even $50. Do not pawn your items here. However; they do a variety of items for sale at a good rate and very friendly staff.

Nasty place had a roach crawling on the merchandise. Quoted me a price on a tablet told me I just needed to unlock it first. I do that, bring it back and they won't accept it and the manager would never come from the back to speak with me!!

I ALWAYS go into this pawnshop and get excellent service!! Especially from the manager Bertha she takes time with every customer and answers my questions with her time and patience! She always nice and friendly and has a great customer service attuduie!! Stop by and see her!! Awesome store!
