I called when they opened on a Sunday. Someone answered the phone and put it down. I tried to call back and they had the phone off the hook for hours, so frustrating.

Horrible service lady was really rude and had an attitude towards me and then when I decided to not pawn my jewlery she just shoved it back to me without a bad or anything when I had gave it to her with a small bag they were in and didn't give me my ID after had to go back to ask for it
