Price was a bit steep but multiple repairs needed to be done, plus my car is older, therefore, no huge surprise that repairs needed to be done. The appointment process was better than a previous time. Firestone asked me to call prior to the appointment. I'm glad I did so they could tell me the timeline of the diagnostics. The timeline of repairing my car was faster than the previous time. My car was ready the next day, which was great. Last time, it took about four days to repair. It depends on if/when parts need to arrive at the store.

I have been going to this location for years. They always have my back and makes for sure my car is in top notch shape and makes for sure I am safe. Thank you all for being there for all my auto needs.

Maurice and Asia are THE BEST !!! I always go to see Maurice for anything needed for my car .He is patient , knowledgeable and a good guy .He runs the store as if it were his own . He has a customer for as long as he is there .Firestone should be proud that Maurice is an employee there .

This is the only Firestone that puts their customers needs first. The other stores i the area just can,t keep customers because of poor management

dropped a flt tire by one am at 7. had to call them at 4p to see if they had looked at it. they said they JUSt had. not buying that. comunication was terrible. won't be back. Also, prices were expensIve. They had Opportunity to fix everything, but chose to loose a customer. I had used them many times. lesson learned. Picking a new auto shop.

Worst customer service every time. I have watched them turn 3 people away in front of me, due to not "wanting" to do that much work. Overpriced, rude, and oversell. They tried to sell me on a diagnostic after already having one.
