Some clients get the royal treatment, yes. I went 3 times and each time was a different issue. Two times ago my dog got an injury to his nose and was bleeding a bit when I picked him up. The last time it seemed like the new employee-groomer didn't know the correct cut and didn't follow directions for a sani-cut and trimming the ears. I asked for trim to bottom of the ear leather and I got ears shaved smooth. The real problem was a huge mat on my big boy's chest with the fluffy fur combed over so it wasn't noticed until the next day. I live about 30-40 minutes away and was coming over because they came so highly recommended. I went in to talk to the owner thinking I'd try one last time. But basically, no response. No apology, no "I'll check on it before you're called to pick them up", just nothing. I went out to my car to get them and my boy was shaking like a leaf which is not his normal. He's normally so laid back you have to wake him up to go in. My girl is my extrovert and she wouldn't get out of the car. I decided to pay attention to what the fur-kids were telling me. It's time to find someone else.

The owner treats my little girl like she is a Princess! Paula always loves on her & I am always satisfied MORE than satisfied w/ their work! Prices are the best around!!!!

Friendly staff that takes amazing care of your fur baby as if it were their own. They do an amazing job with grooming too!

They are very kind and do a great job with the grooming. The place is very clean, and they check to be sure your dog is vaccinated, which I like. Highly recommend!

They have a very friendly owner and staff. I take my fur baby there bcuz of a groomer named Sonya I was told about who is very good working with nervous and difficult dogs. I can definitely tell the difference when someone else besides her grooms my baby. She is the only reason I drive way to Richardson!!

Took my two Mini-Aussies in for a Spa-day told them we love their long feathers and only wanted a minor sani-cut. They assured us we were in good hands... they butchered their feathers and gave them really awful sani-cuts. They had the balls to charge us. No wonder they do not take credit cards.

Did a great job on our Standard Poodle. I'd give 5 stars if the toenails were trimmed as I asked for and also some missed spots needed extra trimming when I got him home.

Horrible. I dropped my dog off at 9:45am for his 10:00am appointment. They didn't call me to tell me he was ready until 4:45pm, which is 45 minutes before they close. When I got there, they told me they were cash only. They never told me that in advance. I had to leave and find an ATM. After paying, they went in back to get him. There's no way they actually cut his hair. He looks the same as how I dropped him off. I asked if they cut his hair because he didn't look any different. They said yes. I don't believe them. Horrible experience. On my way out, the lady told me she takes her dog to PetSmart. Apparently even the employees don't trust them. Pathetic. What a waste of $65. I recommend staying away from this place. I wanted to support a small shop instead of a big chain, but this is the worst experience I've ever had with a groomer.
