They put a price in offers and when you go to pay they tell you that the price was not that, what happened in very small letters that it was another product, it was the one in the offer and you ask the supervisor and she answers in a bad way, you tell her Why don't you put the correct price and he got angry and ignored me and left and I didn't change the price, bad service and I'm an older person and they don't respect there "thank you"

We came urgently to buy some batteries and I asked two girls who had been talking since I arrived, one was dressed in blue and the other in red, I approached to ask where I could find them and they rudely sent me to aisle #10 and they said possibly I might find them there without telling me with certainty if I would find them or not, then they sent me to search through all the boxes without any help and much less did I find what I was looking for and meanwhile the staff only talked and laughed out loud, anyway I I went without what I needed and received no help from anyone, I hope they can correct this so they can offer good customer service.

About the pastry shop Bad customer service, I arrived with my friend and the supervisor or the supervisor only used a bad face and said whoever was going to serve it was her turn to leave and I showed her a cake model and I didn't look for solutions on my own Her response was bad face The other girl felt uncomfortable. What a shame. Those types of people are unpleasant. The truth is, if I could give them 0 stars, I would give them 0 stars.

Totally discriminated against by service staff in hot food
The person who served me was not attentive and was chatting with other women and neglected my presence in front of the food and questioned me about what I was ordering to eat with buts and buts. To serve the dish I was asking for.
She wanted to make me a dish like this menu. The point here is that I wanted to eat a stuffed chile and rice and it was so difficult for the lady to serve me. Definitely
This is discrimination and I am contacting my legal attorney and could open a court case to file a lawsuit. For discrimination. Customer service for me was degrading.

They get worse every time
To begin with the employees are always bad oh on the phone and if you ask something they don't know and to finish the bakery the bread no longer has the same flavor whether it is sweet bread oh “teleras” every time more and more chichas

The truth is I would never return to this store.
It's 10 in the morning and I came to buy some tamales for breakfast and an old lady who works in the kitchen treated us very badly and yelled at us.

The cashier didn’t even greet us not even a hi but she was talking bad about a costumer and she gave us a bad look she started scanning the !glass products! I bought and she was tossing it to the bag and she called the guy behind us telling him hello hello the cashier next to her was ready and she was saying it so rude saying hello hello hello he didn’t hear that much, after that she didn’t tell us the prize or nothing just waiting for us to give her the money we where getting are stuff and the guy that couldn’t hear a lot forgot his tortillas and and the lady was like hello hello your tortillas and are cashier that scanned are stuff said is he deaf or something and talking about him to her friend cashier and she didn’t even say thank u too us!

I have always came to this fiesta to get my groceries every Friday, But after my visit yesterday Friday June 28th I was on a rush because I had a lot of errands to run. So I walked in and I got some things that I needed for dinner. Well I saw the limes that they was 12 for 99 cents so I got 24 Well went to go pay and I said hi to the cashier, i guess she was having a bad day. She didn't even replied. So I was like OK. Well she started ringing me up. She grabbed the limes and started counting them. And she said with an attitude you got 25 right? I was like you know what If I did I apologize I'm actually on a rush I might have miscounted just take it out. She started to count them all again in front of me, I was so embarrassed!!!
I KNOW SHE WAS DOING HER JOB. BUT WELL ATLEAST I KNOW I'M NOT COMING BACK!! THEY NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The meat/ produce prices are great! It is very
diverse place to grocery
shop for all tastes/flavors.

MORGAN AT THE CUSTOMER WINDOW
I just renewed my car registration & the customer service with Morgan helped make the entire process easy & helpful. I told her she is a problem solver. She even helped me with the ATM when I was having issues I could not understand. I asked her name to write this review. I love that store.

If I could give this store and the service of the managers a negative zero I would. I went yesterday to grocery shop, they had the 3lb ground meat for $5.66 so I got four but when I get to the register it rings up at $12.47. I told the cashier that wasn't correctly. He go to check I catch him taking the price off. After I catch him he tell the Mexican girl and she goes this price is for a 1lb ground meat not the 3lb ground meat. I tell her it's like about 30 of them under this price so you should honor it. She gonna ask me basically if I saw the price, why I didn't see it was the 1lb and not the 3lb and I said why don't y'all know how to read and put y'all food in the correct place. She the called this black man over. He didn't even acknowledge me. He said to take it up with the meat department. They are rude and I felt like knocking that Mexican girl out for her smart mouth. I will be reporting this to there corporate office.
