I'm not sure whether to give it another star or not but the service I got this weekend was really really bad. I needed to make sure my quote was correct. But I called several times and the lady who answered always said she was busy and she would call me back in a few minutes. The quote was already there all she had to do was look up my name and make sure my son was on it and if it was full coverage. It never happened. Although on the bright side there was a lady who did my quote during the week and she was very professional and helpful.
