The store on Lancaster Rd in Oak has a very rude elderly cashier that treats people very rude. She doesn't have any customer services skills and its a shame that she is allowed to talk to people in the manner that she does and nothing is done about it.

The young lady, young man, and the older guy (I assume he was the manager) were very rude as I was trying to buy/return items today. Their attitude and tone was unnecessary. I've been there on several occasions to purchase items and the service has always been mediocre. However, today takes the cake. If you can't have patience with customers, you shouldn't be in the retail/customer service business.

I called Saturday June 29 2019 about 2 pm and it sounded like a teenager that did not want to be there answered the phone. I asked about a 50lb bag of oats and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about then left me on hold for 10 minutes. My question was about as simple and as basic as it gets for a feed store.
