I am compelled to write a 5 star review for Naveed, who works at this location. He was so AMAZING when I came on with 2 rugs diligently shrink wrapped to return. Turns out I had to put them in large plastic bags that they don’t sell there. He allowed me to leave the rugs in store (I had lugged them around all day;) and sent me to Home Depot where I picked up 2 mattress bags and got back just as it was time for Naveed to close up shop. He was so sweet- he stayed there with me, rewrapped the rugs, taped the entire crud out of them, and got them set to go! All at a time when some people might have locked the door and said come back tomorrow. Thank you Naveed for your hard work, sense of humor, and for going the extra mile!!

I came in with a TikTok return QR code and it explicitly says in the email, No Box or Label needed however the guy on 6.25.25 did not accept my package because I didn't have the items in a box? He also rushed me and was very dismissive which was so weird because why is there even an issue. He kept saying you can take your items to another Fedex but he isn't accepting it and waving me off, which is disrespectful and I didn't appreciate that. With that, I reprocessed my return & took my items to UPS who easily took my return with no issues or pushback.

I keep coming back to this FedEx location because of the outstanding customer service I receive from Naveed. He consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience.

I place an order in the am to be picked up by 5pm and they forgot to do it, I try to get it in the next morning and would be a totally different price. VERY DISORGANIZING

Came in today for a few things. Sam was working. He was extremely professional helpful. He was clearly very busy but still took the time and went above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend this location as long as Sam is working.

Fedex has become like an uncontrolled octopus. It is impossible to get in touch with a live person and if you do they are not helpful. I had put a vacation hold on my shipments. Still getting notices that it will be delivered before then. On one of them the system says that it is on hold at a facility. That office personal say that they have not received it. So fed up with their system!

Submitted a file to be printed on Monday, they can't produce it until Thursday afternoon. There's no communication of when your print job will be ready. This is not the location you want to get anything done unless you have a LOT of time.
