I had the best customer service here today! Everything I did here was so effortless all thanks to Kirani! I have always avoided fedex most times because I feel like their charges are always outrageous but Kirani was able to make me spend my money comfortably without feeling like it was overpriced due to his awesome customer service. Thanks again Kirani!

Awful location, the unprofessional service is insane. The large female employee with curly hair and glasses laughed about the poor state of my package. I'm glad that the poor service from FedEx is funny to her.

Had multiple rugs to return, which were originally shipped to us in bags. I packaged up the rugs in their original bags, paid the expensive shipping costs, only for FedEx to NOT accept my rugs for return because they weren’t in boxes. Manager wouldn’t accept it and was going to swindle me into buying boxes. Only good thing to say is they recommended another location that would accept my rugs.

Don’t recommend this location, staff here seem to contradict the scale of work that other locations have confirmed. Also staff here are not as friendly as surrounding locations.

I was there on Saturday morning (around 11:20AM) to take a PP size picture and I don’t exactly remember the lady who was working there on that day I told her that the picture should be 2 by 2 inches, as I was getting late for some other work I couldn’t check the picture on the flash drive and when I was home at night and saw the picture, It was a big bummer. Overall, she doesn’t really know to take a picture as per the requirements. It would really be a big help if you can just let us know that you cannot or go somewhere else or wait for the coworker who can actually take it. Spend 24$ on that picture which I cannot even use now. I was totally disappointed.

Greetings and special attention were given to every customer walking in or standing in line. Love the acknowledgment. * Also, I loved the renovated new look of this location. Very nice and functional for customers and staffers. Service was quick and accurate. The staffer, team member named Robert H. provided exceptional service and gave plenty of delivery options for my package delivery based on my need and flexibility of delivery timing. THANK YOU, FedEx, for great service. * I'll definitely return to this location for my package delivery needs.

I have been a customer of this store for years, looking like they are renovating the store and obviously not doing a great job at the safety protocols, when I sat down on the work station a piece of plaid-wood fall off into my legs. After that the system charged me 3 times for a document print when I ask for help they made me wait for 20 min for a refund, so the moving of equipment a reinstall wasn’t done properly either, the lady at the front ignored me when I ask her for copies because I obviously wasn’t trusting the self service area and she didn’t helped me at all and went through 3 customers. Had to ask another customer representative for help and this time he did helped me. If this is now the type of service they are giving save your time and legs and go to a better location with helpful workers.

Customer service agent DOYIN needs to be better. She ignores black customers and only helps white customers. You are there for a purpose, I am sure you know what your role is and stop discriminating against others. I would have escalated what you did this morning but I was in a hurry. I came to you for help 3 times but you barely looked up or helped me, and a few minutes later a white lady came in, but you walked her through everything. You need to do better, Doyin.
