Awful experience. Spoke to Joe @ 2:50pm 07/17 to ask if they could print my pre-prepared passport photo.
I went through a lot of trouble to get a photo I was happy with, and he said it could be done - that they use “glossy paper” for it.
However, when I arrived at 5:45pm he flipped and said they actually use “photo paper” and would NOT use it because they didn’t take the photo (just “glossy” which I tried at a different FEDEX - TERRIBLE quality).
I wasted an hour of my time, and I’m pretty upset. UPS and Staples were the same, and I eventually found myself at CVS (thank goodness).
The quality was so much better - colors, lighting, cropping, resolution, and the manager was great. No issues uploading my photo and they used the right lab quality photo paper.

Absolutely horrible phone service. You can’t even get someone in the store on the line. They just transfer you to someone in India. Can’t believe how horrible it is.

This FedEx is simply the best. The customer service here is out of this world. Specifically, Richard, who picks up the Express packages is a life-saver. I had a last minute, urgent package that needed to be sent out and he kindly held back a few minutes so I could make it for the express pickup. You don’t see customer service like that everyday! Thank you Richard.

I had never been to this location and was in need to quickly print a document. Angela was so kind, engaging, and helpful. When my document failed to upload to the system, she immediately assisted and took care of me knowing I was on a tight schedule. She is a fantastic employee and leader and I cannot say enough nice things about her stellar customer service!

My family’s car got stuck in a flash flood right outside of this FedEx. Everyone was super welcome and friendly. Customer service was amazing especially from the assistant manager Joe, he helped call 911 for us and provided towels for my parents to dry off and bags to retrieve important items from our car before we got it towed. We are so grateful we were able to receive so much help here.

me and 2 other friends got our pictures taken here. Staff was all super friendly, especially Jewels. She was funny and incredibly helpful. I hope this amazing community gets the recognition it deserves!

If you have a package to send...USE THIS LOCATION! Jewel and Victor have you covered, they are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and will be happy to advise you on pricing, timing and packing! I sent approximately 36 boxes, some needed extra wrapping as they were extremely fragile, all arrived timely and in one piece! Angela, the manager leads by example, no wonder everybody smiles at this store location! She greets every client with a smile. When 2 of my packages were photographed at the wrong delivery location...Angela was on it, she literally picked up the phone and called the hub in that area and tracked the packages down instantly! This team renews my confidence that there are people who do get up, dress up and show up! Thanks TEAM!

Best Fedex in Dallas, the employees take car of your package with high dedication and care. Came by with a package where the original package was thorwn away off, but Victor packed wrapped and sealed it is ive it was never opened with bubble wrap and everything... not all heroes were capes!

I had the privilege to be greeted by Angela soon as I walked in. Angela was able to quote me a price for binding a book, work on it as I waited, handed to me with pride for her work, asked me if I approved the work. I only waited less than 15 minutes and I walked out with a huge smile on my face. Great service Angela.
