Needed to make copies of some documents, I was having a challenging time working the kiosk/printer. Arturo the associate of FedEx noticed I was probably looking confused and he assisted me on showing me how to work the copier. Jonetta was so helpful to my mother! She is wonderful. She took the time to research where to drop off the package. She called to verify the address. She printed out directions for her. She went above and beyond and even gave out her phone number in case she need something. Thank you so much!

Apparently their standard overnight delivery cut off is before 1:45pm because my perishable package of donor breastmilk was not shipped/delivered within 24 hours like it was supposed to be and now almost 500oz of breastmilk has been ruined.The employee should have informed us of this upon dropping off the package. Especially since the box said perishable all over it!

I had a unique issue with my packages. Upon ordering something from Walmart the shipping address ended up being my work address. I was unable to stop the process from Walmart and was told to just have my packages held at a FedEx location. When I arrived at the location I presented my ID, email with receipt, and corresponding emails about this issue. I was then told, this being the only time that I was told this, that the shipping address has to match my ID. Then I was told that I needed something with my name and that address as well. Luckily I had my tax forms. This was frustrating, time consuming, the employees weren't trying to listen. My name wasn't even right on the packages but I had to provide documentation with that address. If that is your measure of security your really doing it wrong.

Don't waste your time sending print jobs here. I sent my print job and was given a 11am pick up time for the following day. When I showed up at 11:17am, they told me they had to send it to a different location, 27 minutes across town. When asked if they would be bringing it back to the location I was picking up from before 2pm they said they couldn't guarantee it. I was given no calls or email updates to inform me that my print order wasn't ready as expected and that I wouldn't receive it on time if I couldn't drive myself across town to get it. Terrible customer service with zero communication. Had to waste an extra hour of my day just to get an order that was supposed to be there

FedEx is by far the worst. They screwed up my delivery because their delivery driver couldn’t “ find “ my mailbox. I have never had any issues receiving a package here before this. Then they send it to the location and now it says delayed. My package was supposed to be delivered to me a week ago. Instead of making things right they act deaf on the phone when j call and complain like they can’t hear me. Bunch of jokers working here. UPS is so much better.

I have been staying with my brother at UT SOUTHWESTERN Hospital since the 1st of March while he has been in icu and I had to have my husband send me my medication to me from Our home in Oklahoma and I had him send it to the nearest fedex location by the hospital. He went down to the local shipit facility and they helped him send it to this fedex location, however; the shipit people had him ship it ups to the fedex location because it was cheaper. I go to the fedex location on Mockingbird in Dallas and they tell me they can’t accept my package from ups because they are a competitor. He tells me they can’t hold the package for me either. I explained my situation to them and they did not care. The young man goes back to talk to his “manager” and comes back and tells me, no they can’t accept the package. I ask him if I am there when ups delivers it, can I pick it up. He tells me no, all I can do is contact ups Customer service and have them deliver it somewhere else. I go out to my car and call ups. They tell me that in fact I can pick it up from the ups driver.These people at this location where so worried about a package being delivered from a competitor more then being understanding on my situation. I waited for the ups driver and he was amazing! He understood my situation, let me pick up my package and told me this is not the 1st time they have encountered this type of situation with this location.

Call before you go because this office was closed on Friday, Feb. 4, 2022. In the past they have also closed early on days you would expect them to be opened. I also called today Sat., Feb. 4, 2022 and was told they were opened until 6pm. I arrived at 5:30 pm. and was told next day service cut off was at 4pm and the package would not arrive on Monday!! I told the attendant that I called and was not told about the early cutoff. Good thing that the driver was still there and he agreed to take my package. Why be opened until 6pm if the customer has to arrive by 4pm?

Very friendly from the moment I walked in. They had a can do attitude and were very helpful. Boxing options weren't the cheapest around but the quick and helpful service made up for it.
