SCAM! Watch out this FedEx charges $10 just to drop off a single package that has been fully packaged and ready to ship. No where on FedEx's website says that any charges are to be added onto a prepaid label. Even FedEx customer support says they are not allowed to charge a fee. The worker there mentioned that they must pay rent and the fees is what covers it. I'm pretty sure there's a rent associated with most FedEx locations as they are usually located in shopping centers.

Difficult to get to through hotel and they charge a handling fee of at least $10 for dropping off prepackaged boxes. Would go to a true storefront.

One is the lowest # can give. Personally would give a 0. Don't validate parking, have to walk through hotel to get to FedEx office AND this location charges $10 even though you have it boxed and an already have a PREPAID label! Wasted 30 minutes of my time this morning AND have to find another location.

Jan2024: 4⭐: I stopped by here to Make copies and send off a couple of items that were necessary. I had no issues on this occasion and everything went smoothly.

This place is awful. If a package gets delivered it should be readily available that day. Not have to go on a hunt to find the package only to be told they don’t know where it’s at or the people who sort packages are gone for the day. If I don’t do my job I end up unemployed or folks don’t make it to their destination one of the two. They really need to get their system and workers in check because this is the second time during my stay that this has been an issue.

This fedex is inside the Hilton. It's only available 24 hrs for the people staying there. The doors are locked in the evening till 8 am. Residents can enter with their key cards. I showed up at 7am thinking I could get some things done. Nope. You also need to have your files ready to print from a flash drive. No plug and print option. No connection to a blue tooth and print either. I'm not knocking the place. It was clean and well structured. Someone did show up around 7:45. She was nice enough to assist me the best she could.

I visited the Hilton for a conference and used FedEx to print, and ship/pick up packages. I experienced nothing short of excellent customer service from Will, Carlis, and Wesley. They were thorough, took care of my items, and even helped me package my boxes properly. While I understand that the prices are expensive (it is a $30 fee to pick up packages) that is the decision of FedEx as a corporation, and doesn’t have anything to do with the employees who consistently have field the frustration of customers regarding something out of their control. Thank you for making this a positive experience! I usually hate going to the post office so this was a pleasant surprise.

Don’t bother unless it’s an emergency need. Pricing is predatory and attempted to be “explained away” by a “hotel policy”.I made an attempt at shipping a pre-printed label/package. This would have cost 15+ dollars to ship had they been able to print the label at this PRINT center…Waste of time/effort/resources.Thanks Fedex.

Be aware! You will be asked what exactly you are shipping as well as be required to show identification along with naming your recipient both first and last name instead of just an address. The worst service I have ever had. This place should be shut down.
