My complaint is about FedEx in general and not this particular location. My last four experiences with FedEx have been awful. Packages sent to me were delivered well past the expected delivery date despite being "out for delivery" several times. One has been sitting at the same facility for four day with no updates. Customer service won't provide any explanation for the delay or with the package has been lost. I've had far better service from the USPS.

First of all the man on the phone was rude from the get go. Would not listen to what i was saying and said “ your the only one that can fix it”. I know that sir but you aren’t listening to what I’m saying. Just very rude and overall no help at all.

FedEx delivery guy just throw packages. Will be contacting Fedex and CB2 directly - unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. My CB2 item that took weeks to deliver was completely shattered upon arrival when delivery guy threw it to the ground - Ring doorbell caught everything

Today I needed to renew my passport. Ebony was very helpful in helping me use the computer to go through the renewal process. She even help me take pictures for my passport application, as well as walk me through the steps to expedite my passport shipment. She was very helpful and genuinely cared about my passport renewal. The location was a little bit difficult to find inside the market center; however I had a pleasant experience and will be coming here for future FedEx needs.

I had over 130 Christmas gifts to pack and send out and the people at this specific FedEx were so compliant and positive. They turned my sour day around and made it far less dreadful!

Fedex has become the worst shipping company. I shipped a package in April and not only were they late delivering the shipments my packaged was damaged and have yet to to recieve my claim for the damage package. They keep adding days to when I should receive the claim. Stop blaming everything on COVID-19. They have been known for not being accountable for their services for filing a claim. And then customer service wants to be rude when I question about the package their company damaged. You've lost my business.

Customer support , reliability , and service is just nothing. My words are too long , time is limited and valuable to spend more for them. Just to mention Fedex does not care customers at all.

Came to this location since it was close to work, I had spoken to Felicia the day before. I was shipping out a hangun and she was so nice in explaining what I had to do. I can not say enough for her kindness and customer service. This woman needs a raise and the other lovely lady in there was also helpful. If you have any shipping or printing needs come see these ladies.

Just bad. Slow, unfriendly, and not interested in helping, just chatting. Getting a few pages printed on nicer paper took so long and they had very limited choices compared to most other FedEx office places. They didn't say but two words to me the whole time, not what I expected from this place.
