I had the pleasure of meeting a sweet professional today She immediately acknowledged my presence when I walk through the door she greeted me and she asked how may I help you with a smile I did have a little issue so it took us a while but she was very helpful and very patient and to get that great customer service at 8:00 in the morning I just loved it So KUDOS TO MS JONETTA for your customer service and making my day a pleasant one I was 100% satisfied

Came in here clueless on how to get a poster printed. It was my first time making one so it’s easy to be worried about feeling stupid - but Juan and boss lady exceeded all expectations - got me in and out on a budget feeling accomplished.

I called before going to the fedex. Gabi answered the call and she precisely answered my questions and she gave me correct information regarding my shipment project. When I went to store all employees were very courteous and helpful. Ha I took care of my complicated shipment project and she was extremely helpful, patient. I can not tell enough about what a good customer service offer at this location. I will always go back to them. Thank you Gabi.

Thank you so much! I love this FedEx and personal shout out to Victor. He helped with posters earlier in the week and now with these brochures. We’ve very lucky to have one of the highest rated FedEx’s here in downtown. Great customer service, great final products, great turnaround times.

If you need any passport services, save yourself the time. Not only are they lacking professionalism, but they don’t have any knowledge of the services they offer.
