Don't waste your time. These folks don't know what they're doing. Save time and go to the Bryan St. location. You'll end up there anyway and they're great.

customer service was great by the older man who was in, self print was easy & he explained how to do it & answered my questions very well. it gives pre-auth hold amounts (minimum of $5) but it was 75¢ for my one b&w sheet. parking was tight at the time i went (around 2:30pm) but it only took about 5 mins total to get what I needed so i wasn’t worried about my car being towed or anything.

Outstanding service here. My leadership team was in town for an event and we needed graphical flashcards printed ASAP. I called them the night before to talk to Delaney about how to make this happen. They took our concept to help us turn it into a beautiful gift for our participants before our deadline. When I picked up the cards, I was greeted with a warm smile and awesome service. Thank you!

I arrived at the FedEx office location on Ross Ave. about 8 minutes to 7:00 PM. I simply needed a 4 page document printed to I could sign and scan it. Customer service emailed me a code, seemed easy enough. There was already a dark haired lady there being helped by the man behind the counter, he wore glasses, kind of salt and pepper hair. He was asking the lady for her ID to ship a package. He seemed a little impatient, but I thought perhaps the customer was being difficult. She seemed pleasant enough. Then he asked me what I needed and I explained that I had emailed a document over and had a code. He just said, "It's going to be a while" in an irritated tone and went back to helping the lady. I walked around the store a little bit and after a few minutes said that I could use the machines "over there" with a credit card. I had never done this before so I wasn't even clear as to what I was doing. I explained again that I had been emailed a code and this just seemed to piss him off more. Then it dawned on me that he was just irritated that the store was closing. At this point, I took note of his name tag, "Joe- Assistant Manager". I thought it odd that with his title he would be acting in this manner but brushed it off. I went over to the self service area and the machines did not support my debit card, so I could not help myself. I turned and just kind of wandered around. After a few more minutes he noticed me wandering and I said, "It doesn't like my card". A couple minutes later, he asked what my name was, so I provided it. The other lady was still at the counter trying to get her package processed. He paced over to a computer, type type type. What time did you send it anyway, he asked. I told him "4:55 PM". He couldn't find the email so I rounded the counter and pulled up the email and read the code to him. He was super irritated by this time (judging by his face and body language) and he began to print the documents. I said, "Hey dude, sorry to hold you up." He just briskly said, "yeah yeah, I'm trying to wrap things up here." He then handed me my papers. I explained that I needed to scan the documents but the machine doesn't like my card, and asked if I could pay for it in advance and scan it. He said "we can't scan it for you." I reiterated, I don't want you to scan it for me, I am simply asking if I can pay for it in advance and go scan it myself. He didn't like that either, and just repeated that he couldn't scan it for me in a nasty tone of voice. By this point, I am OVER his attitude. "Dude, there is really no need to be a D*CK". He said, "yeah, whatever." I went toward the door, but realized that this guy is a total embarrassment to the establishment. Turned around and said, "Hey Joe, I see you are the assistant Manager, you have a Manager?" He replied, "Yeah, he's in tomorrow. His name is Jordan. You can leave now." To which I replied, "There was really no reason to be a d*ck, dude." He just waved me off, "You can leave now". I just said, "no worries, I am." Mind you, this WHOLE time, a FedEx driver is still loading boxes into his truck, so the guy couldn't close the store fully ANYWAY!!! I sat outside to get an Uber and the FedEx driver came out to load up the last of his boxes and told told me to have a good night. Couldn't have been a nicer guy. Now as for Joe, perhaps FedEx office needs to not schedule him for the closing shift, because he gets hangry or something. As an aside, I work for a Law Firm, and just resigned from a position at a National Law Firm in Dallas. I can ASSURE you, that if we need binding, paper products office supplies, or even a PEN, Joe hands down lost you that business. Just in case corporate doesn't pay attention to Google reviews, I'll be contacting them in the morning. There is absolutely ZERO reasons Joe had to act in that manor and managed to embarrass him

These guys are amazing. I walked in there unannounced and had to ship 25 boxes worth of fragile merchandise... And they made it happen. All crew members were very professional and talented. Was very impressed. Dallas has a FedEx gem.

Tried to FedEx a package and my phone died so I asked the associate to google the address for help and she refuses because she said she would get in trouble. What a waste of time.
