Called to see if they had something I needed in stock. The guy who answered the phone didn’t even care to check before asking if I had an account with them. I actually do, but I felt it was rude to be so abrupt and unhelpful right from the onset, so I told him maybe. He said they were closed to the public and I would have to have an account with them. Again, I just called to see if they had something in stock. I guess he figured it was a waste of his time to look in the computer.

The new business model is a definite no for our company. The multi step online order designed to ease the struggle for store personal when searching for the items you need creates un acceptable delays.

Store front not open to public due to COVID. Could easily have updated their website or google to reflect that before I drove across town. Front door sign said to use other door with an arrow pointing left so I walk to the side door only to find the sign saying closed store front. At least put the sign on the front door.
