It has always been my favorite furniture store, my furniture has turned out good and when my armchair broke they were very kind and came to repair it but my two stars are because the last time I was the person who served us, he was very curt and treated us rudely. bad way

No respecta la garantia They do not value you as a customer they do not honor the extended warranty as they say they came to service my stove and because there was a dead beetle on the floor they said they could not service it that is just bull do not buy here

Lady didn't take my payment bc I was $8 short so I had to wait another week bc I honestly don't have time but by then I had gotten a $20-something late fee and when I payed the lady $ 360 she wouldn't renew my payment bc I was $16 short but what made me made is the way she said it like, "nah I can't do it until you pay what you owe us" but in front of everyone so I said ok I guess I'll come back so I went to my car smoked a bowl ? then made the payment over the phone after I came back I told her I made the payment over the phone then she was all like "dejame ver aver si lo isites bien , xq envases como q no lo agarra " then I Said oh yeah and about the late fee I wouldn't be paying it if yall had taken my payment last week when my mom came by and try to make it, but no you had to be rude and say YOU CAN'T take a payment.... over 8 freakin dollars ... you might think I'm over reacting but I've made this lady (my mom not the cashier lol) gone thru so much shes gets anxiety over a light bulb flicker; all she wants to do is go home and relax after a hard day of hard work and yall made this lady go back to her car and sit down feeling like the world is gonna collapse or like it's the apocalypse bc she "couldn't" make a payment over 8 ... freakin... dollars...and that's why ladies and gentleman I give this particular famsa furniture and loan store a sad , "1 star" rating...

During the black friday we received a coupon for a $5 blender or coffee maker.They didn't have them in stock, you have to file a purchase order... too much drama for $5

Suppose to get our furniture today but was told that we will get some parts of the furniture today on Saturday and some other parts on tuesday of next week because the dresser part of the bedroom set was damage. We had got our refund back and bought furniture from somewhere else that my hubby had bought a living room set from. Never again with those unprofessional people. Uuuggghh.

Less than 2 years old and this is how my couches look already I paid for warranty but was told warranty can’t cover this damage. Quality is cheap you can literally feel the wood when you are seating down. Do not buy from this place! People are rude and do not try to help. I will never buy from them again and I will make sure I tell people how bad this place is.

Unfortunately you have to select a star to leave a review and there's no option for a negative star or absolutely a no star rating because that is where we are with this place. We made 4 calls for help and got none. We finally went up to the store and still got no where. We are still waiting for someone to show up to look over this supposedly new refrigerator that has not made ice in a week. Pathetic is the only way to describe how we been treated. There's not enough space to type the whole story, but then again I honestly believe it wouldn't matter !!!!!!!

I went to famsa today as.ofJuly 17 2021 i have paid off 2 loans and 2 tvs i was told if i get something like furniture or electronic i could get another loan that's what i was a told lie after i payed my tv off on time i came to the store to get a loan that was a total lie every since transunion took over its really messed up .

they treated me well Specialy Silvia I bought this bedroom for My daughter about 3 weeks ago and still waiting for it. Just because they do not have the mirror of the vanity. They want to bring bedroom set with out mirror but I say no I want all the set together.
