They re opened a couple months ago. The cashiers in there are nice and they speak to you. Store is mostly clean and stays stocked. The reason they keep closing is cause of the crackheads or holes that break into the store constantly. Is the area. Not the family dollar fault. I like the one down the street too…but they never have cold products like lunch meat etc. I think both could use more food options but it’s good for a quick stop for some essentials.

I’m here at 8:32 and store says it closes at 9! Family Dollar needs to do better with there store hours because it seems many locations are doing the same.

The worse location in the entire Dallas area. Always closed at odd hours and shelves area rarely stocked. The asst manager is a joke and has very little customer service which I've now witnessed on 2 different times. The short chunky, bald black woman...The in between employees are friendly but over worked and it always shows. Meanwhile that asst manager walking around saying and doing the most. Oh she quick to call the police in situations she created...which I witnessed myself. The location has been in bad shape for at least 2 yrs now. The actual manager (Hispanic guy) he's excellent. No issues, always friendly and helpful.

THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE THE MANAGERS AND SHIFT LEADERS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY THE DANNY HE DOESN'T HAVE NO TYPE OF PROFESSION IN CHARACTER. AND THE BACK OF THEIR STORE IS A HEALTH HAZARD AND THEY NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT BUT CONTINUOUSLY CALLING THE POLICE. STRAIGHT TRASH

very bad service the worst store I've seen they don't have anything accommodated they always have a very dirty store and they have boxes everywhere and they also always close the doors early

The staff is friendly & super nice... However They close at odd times and posts notes on the doors stating they closed because the systems always being down. I worked for a similar company And it's rare that the systems will crash TOO OFTEN! corporate should check that location and equipment.
