For the sake of protecting brand please make the necessary changes its been a year straight of only bad reviews. Management and staff are very unprofessional but unfortunately its the closest to me. I shouldn't have to wait over 15mins for them to handle personal disputes to be checked out. I shouldn't have employees charging me for extra items on multiple occasions. And if the time say you are open till 10pm i shouldn't see 3 employees smoking and laughing outside telling me you're closed at 9:15.

I love how the cashier's were so helpful in helping trying to find a eyeglass repair kit and batteries. Most stores don't even try. 5 stars all the way if I could I would give a ten Star service. Very nice a friendly service. Will be returning soon.

Skinny manager is rude. I was trying to check out and check the price on an item. The manager told the cashier that she didn't have time to check my items. Very ghetto!

No management. This is the first store I seen that opens when they feel like it. They don't open till a hour or 2 after time
