When I went in the last time, there were three employees sitting down and not helping check out customers, and there was only one register open and the rest of them, or just sitting down and talking the line was almost out the door. It was ridiculous. The employees were rude. I will never go back to this family dollar.

In the maps it shows that it’s open but when I get there everything’s turned off and it’s apparently close. It’s 8:40 PM and it’s supposed to close at 10 but for some reason it is closed.

Best Family Dollar my mom and have been to in a while. We came to get Clorox wipes and ended up spending ~$100 in on all the good stuff they had. Shelves well stocked, store very clean, and very nice ladies up at the front. Beats the hell out of our usual FD in Euless. The ladies told my mom they've been working on improving the store, and whatever they're doing WORKS!

They say they open at 8am; however they keep their doors closed and locked! The young lady behind the counter acted as if I was inconveniencing her while I was locked outside at 8:05. There were two other customers waiting as well. It was 8:15 before I left along with other vehicles which were there before me. Apparently, math is no longer taught in school or the fact that she was on her phone watching videos while trying to count the till delayed all business objectives. It’s sad that today customer service, punctuality and respect have greatly diminished. Perhaps I’m over reacting, it could have been here first time opening the store and counting the til which can be stressful…however shoeing your customers away and being annoyed when they ask for a time frame to unlock the store is slightly unprofessional. I was providing lunch for my team of 60 and needed the essentials, needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.

So I go into this location for a few items. I get my stuff and head to the register to check out. I noticed that the prices on the labels on the product as well as the stickers in store are different. So the very kind lady (the only reason I gave it 2stars and that it was open on time) states "I'm so sorry ma'am but we are short staffed and haven't gotten around to changing all the prices". I then also point out that the prices are on the products as well. She then said " well you know everything is going up" I say " that's understandable but I don't want to get to the register and be surprised by the difference in pricing not just by a few cents but some items a dollar plus in price difference". Got to do better.

The staffs always on they phone doing whatever they want, they be having they kids at work. Rude! It’s bad they need new staff. They always on they phones. It’s sad really.

The cashiers are really rude when you asked them a question They don’t look at you and Keep talking and Laughing with other coworkers that is their last day of work and they don’t have to deal with anything no more. They don’t want to help at all I think that’s really rude for customers ?
