I went to this location and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The bright skin cashier was so rude. I had an item that wasn’t scanning so I told her not to worry about it. Just leave it that meaning I was in a hurry. But yet her response was even if it doesn’t scan for you. I still need to scan it on my scanner to see if it’s gonna pull up on there. You can do that on your own time. You don’t have to do it on my time and you definitely don’t have to be rude about it. She got each one of my items slowly, scan them slowly, bagged them, and then rudely asked me to move my bag from the counter. Come on Family Dollar you gotta do better

I normally have a good experience at this Family Dollar. I have been coming to this one for almost a year and never have I gotten treated with so much disrespect as I just did. I always come with a backpack or some sort of large bag due to it being an easy way for me to carry all my items like my wallet and anything I pick up at the store seeing as I travel via bus. I normally go between the registers and windows to put my bag on the window sill or on a basket or something like that. I've always been allowed to do so. I've done it in front of the store/general manager. I just got told to put my bag on the nasty floor. I tried asking if I could put it on one of the carts and she kept loudly telling me to put my bag on the floor and acting like I was going to open the registers right there in front of her. I will be coming back another day to speak to the store manager about how his employees speak to customers. Even if there was a rule about customers not being back there,why is it suddenly and violently enforced? I've seen other customers leave there bags further back and how are we supposed to get the ice cream out of the little freezer? I may be homeless but I'm not a thief.

There is a African-American lady that works there that is extremely rude and unfriendly and does not like her job and makes smart remarks and rude comments to customers and supposedly called herself a manager and because of her the store has definitely lost me as a customer. I’m sure there’s been more and won’t be the last. I would love the corporate number to file a complaint on this lady. And that’s something that I don’t even do.

This store needs to be closed in the city needs to be called everything is expired in this store from as far as Jan 2024 in it’s ridiculous that every time you go in they either keep your change from lack of cash. Staff is all rude every single one of em and one of the girls doesn’t even know how to count gave me the wrong amount back. When you pull up to park they are all outside smoking and talking to all the homeless people and they stand outside harassing everyone for money since the staff inside let them do as they please and don’t get me started on how many times they get robbed.

I went in bought a pack of gum for $3.19. I paid with a $20, and they decided since they had no change in the drawer they were only going to give me $16 and keep the other $.80. When I worked for retail cashier were fired for this practice. It's customer theft to the fullest.

Manager,I believe she is the gm,is always sweet and helpful when I'm in the store. The only reasons that I'm not giving 5 stars is because it's always hot in there and after I got back to where I stay after visiting the store today,I realized that I left the bag I carry with me that has my meds and charger and they aren't answering the phone despite calling almost a dozen times in the last 2 hours since I left.

Martha is the rudest person She denied my children from using the restroom saying there’s no public restroom I agreed to buy an item she still denied the restroom to them .... nothing “family” about family dollar
