Despite the reviews, I had a pleasant experience at this store. Had a lot of Christmas decor to choose from. Lots of aisles that were filled for the most part. The cashier was also very friendly and accommodating and opened the door for me while I was leaving with my belongings.The street parking can be tight (on the weekend) but there’s plenty of parking!

This family dollar is the worst family dollar to come to their always close or their registers aren’t working. their system are down or they’re not excepting card. Don’t waste your time coming here.

North Oak Cliffs #1 hood family dollar,South oak cliff FM stores come short (totally understandable, the area and income of the south doesn't help.. we get that) there's a "Hispanic" (I hope she's not Mexican, lol) angry, pathetic, non friendly and frustrated old woman who doesn't know how to apply clipped coupons. I just hope she gets the help she needs. Wether money wise or mental or something... lol

Went back to the store because two items had sensores and I didn't realize this until I got home. Bummer... when I made it to the store, I waited patiently until the gentleman who had helped me earlier finished helping a customer who was complaining of being over charged. The manager arrived after a couple of minutes and I asked if she was the manager, to which she responded.." I am the assistant manager, what's up" I responded, "what's up??" She immediately asked what she could help me with... I let her know I had been there earlier and bought some ítems, had my receipt and sensors were left on items purchased. I let her know I wasn't looking for discounts or freebies just requesting decent customer service. Maybe if the register Associate would remove his ear piece, he could provide better customer service and not over charge the next customer. Careful when you go to this locación, make sure sensors are removed, in order to avoid an extra trip..

The manager here is terrible. Horrible customer service. Super unorganized. The staff is rude. Came here to pickup an online order and they rolled there eyes at me. Don't offer in store pickup if it's causing that many problems. Won't be back.

The network is constantly going down so they can't operate the registers...hey run on a skeleton crew so if anyone calls in sick they have to close the store...a lot of items seem to be out of place or are never in stock.
