These people are so rude and racist if you are not of Mexican descent you get treated differently. Also the man came from behind to counter to follow me. I will never shop here again!

Very lazy cashier. Everytime I come I use a tote because I don't get much, when I get to the cashier, she always tell me to take the items out of the tote. I don't, I just tilt the tote to its side so she can empty it herself. I may as well check myself out. Please tell your cashier's to not be so lazy. Smh

It has been a long time since I came into this store due to the lazy female cashier's, but today was a breeze. Only cashier there was Julius and he gave me no problems, no laziness came from him and he was very polite. The last visit I had there was not good because the female cashier kept hounding me to put the carrying basket back in the stack. She even went as far as after ringing me up and bagging my belongings, she placed my bags into the carrying basket to try to make me do her job and place the basket back on the stack. But I kindly took only my bags and left the carrying basket, I was leaving and she yelled at me to grab the basket to put back, but I just walked out. Please observe your rude cashier's.

The lady greets people as they walk in (the only reason this has 2 stars). But outside of that, her customer service when it comes to checking people out is disgusting, rude, and impatient. As if you're an inconvenience to her, and she's ready to get you out of her way.
I definitely won't be returning to this location. I'd rather go to a father location with better customer service all around.

I walked in this store to get cleaning supplies even though it looked sketchy. A strange guy looked at me and started to follow me around the store. I confronted him and it turned out to be one of the managers I guess. I don't like creepy guys following me around a store without a name tag nor was he in uniform. I'll be contacting corporate about this.

Well managed location. I usually get poor service from dollar tree when it comes to anything extra. This location very polite and they even helped me out by packaging my 50 glasses I bought. Thank you!!

The corporate of that Company must give training to the staff of that store. Last week, I bought a product in that store and requested a bag to take with me and the cashier, a lady. At 55 years old, he denied it, telling me that I could carry it in my hands. I was surprised by that person's bad attitude.

I have always been a customer of this store since it opened and I have never needed the restroom service but this last time I went with my mother, an 85-year-old lady, the 2 employees were terribly against my mother going in. They said that if they let her pass they would scold them. I told her that I would go and talk to her manager and they said no. My mother explained to them that she has kidney disease and can't stand it for long.... I ended up crying because of the pain I felt... and they, with great courage and cursing, agreed to let her go in without first telling her that she couldn't put anything in the bathroom. of merchandise. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO OFFENDED. Seeing my mother crying and insulted by 2 guys... at the end of the day there was a sign in the bathroom that said it was a Customers' bathroom... so why so much refusal from those 2 guys? I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE.
