The team at Faith Presbyterian Hospice truly went above and beyond in ensuring my family's comfort during a challenging time. Their compassionate service helped bring peace. The facility is serene, exceptionally comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Grateful for everything.

Don’t complain-they WILL get rid of your loved one. Only glowing accolades allowed. While the nurses are lovely, the place itself is operated by classic “Mean Girls”.
I grumbled to the case manager about the numerous equipment and supply issues we encountered our first few days. Grumbled..
Two days later because of the power outages from the storm, my mother was sent to the LOVELY facility for temporary respite. Mom said it was pleasant & her nurse Mohammed Mohammed had such calm grace.
But when I came out of her room to go home and get some rest, two women were sitting there like spiders. One being the case manger. They listened with oh-so-sympathetic eyes. I should have realized they were in CYA mode..
When mom left the facility that next day, started having trouble breathing. I did not trust the equipment readings because of the power outage, etc and ended up sending her to the ER which forced me to take her off of hospice. I told Faith that we WOULD be back..
The hospital later told me that my mother had been dropped as a client because it seemed we had “different needs”
My mother’s asking when the nurse that she loves is coming back. She was happy in the facility and didn’t even want to go home.
And now what I have nothing while my mother is dying.
My mother still is in respiratory failure, has end-stage COPD, has had multiple strokes; the last which has taken the right side of her body. She has a lung catheter, a urine catheter, and somehow she doesn’t qualify for their hospice?
Notice; they sought me out, asked what happened and then retaliated.
They’ve made my mother‘s last days extra stressful. We don’t have a good hospice now.
This is devastating.

If I could give Faith Presbyterian Hospice 50 stars, I would. The level of care, compassion and love my mom has received is truly remarkable. They have attended to her emotional, physical and spiritual needs as well as our families needs. If had to pick a place for anyone in my family it would be here at Faith Presbyterian Hospice. It has been a beautiful way for my mother to transition from this earthly life. I thank God for this place. I am blown away with added touch of massages, musicians singing to her, the chaplain being so personable and the staff........IS THE BEST! Genuine, heartfelt people that are led here to make a difference.

If you or a family member are lucky enough to be accepted into this hospice, don’t hesitate to go with them. We had someone come on Thanksgiving day to help transition us from the hospital to hospice care, so that we could be home with family for Thanksgiving dinner. The staff is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. The facilities are beautiful and better than most hotels. If you are staying with your loved one, they will have 3 meals for you. If you have kids, they have a wonderful support group for them that meets once a month.I highly recommend this hospice to anyone.

Beautiful facility with great accommodations. Staff was A-one in the treatment of my loved one. Warmth genuinely felt and given from the moment we entered and met with the receptionist.
