Didn’t even took an hour ! Called ahead and told me my price and what time to get there. Got my car broken into and they broke my driver side mirror last night. Saw this place in google and glad I came here great service.

Just recently got my window replaced and I’m not happy with the services at all for the price I paid the quality is not good their is noise / air coming from my window which is annoying ,.it is not aligning or wasn’t put in properlyKeep in mind about this guys .Also did job to fast

They got me in so quickly after I called. I didn't get her name, but the woman I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. I brought my car in and the service was unbelievably fast!! They even vacuumed out the broken glass. So thankful for their quick and helpful service

Mariza I believe is her name in the office she is very professional and makes it very comfortable for women to come in for service. Service was fast and more affordable than other places. I brought in my Ford crown Victoria and they got me right!

Word of mouth is very useful!Someone broke into my car and broke my side window.I called a few local places for quotes, and I wanted preferably, mobile service.I thought $195 wasn't a bad.quote and was just about to set things in motion.My daughter was on her way to work and some guy told her about this place he went to. He didn't know the name of the place, just that it was next to Pick and Pull. Now, I"m not a native Texan and have never heard of a pick and pull. I live in north Dallas and don't frequent this part of the city.I googled window repairs on Second Street and Faith Auto popped up. I called and got a quote for $135.Came the next day and got my window replaced. They were quicker than I expected and they vacuumed up the broken pieces, which I totally was not expecting. Everyone was courteous and professional. Should I need another window replaced...Faith Auto is where I'm going.Thank you for replacing my window.

*Update 9/25* I went back last Saturday to have them “replace the replacement” at no charge. This was after I already returned once for them to check the leak for themselves as I drove on the highway. The new one seems to be without any leaks. Overall, I give them 4 stars, which I feel is generous due to the price (less than half the price of my $750 deductible) and speed of the repair, despite the leak and three trips across town total. I did have to miss a work meeting Saturday for the second replacement, which was inconvenient. Nice people and amazing prices, they just need to improve the quality of their work.Great prices and timely windshield replacement, but I have a new wind noise when I get up to highway speeds.I am taking it back later today and will update my review once I get to test it out and make sure they have fixed the noise.

They repaired my passenger window after my vehicle was broken into for $100 less than my usual mechanic! They also kindly vacuumed up all the glass inside which I wasn’t expecting. Definitely the only place I will be coming to for auto repairs from now on!Service: Auto side window replacement
