Google stars didn't steer me wrong - this is a very new hotel with very cold A/C that is just off the major highway areas of Dallas. The staff was very welcoming, including fast service from housekeeping and the included breakfast was very fresh and good. Very new hotel, I'm a Titanium Marriott member and this was probably the best Fairfield Inn & Suites I've ever stayed at.

Very clean, staff was friendly and very helpful. They got us extra towels, we had a small pizza party in the breakfast area and they were super nice.
Breakfast was good.
Rooms: Clean and tidy.

This location has age discrimination practices in place. They will not allow someone older the 18 and under 21 to check in. I call and they said they would refuse to allow our son to check in. They said it was discrimination but policy. We are long term Marriott patrons and never had an issue with this before.

If i could leave no star i would.
DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU WANT TO TAKE HOME BED BUGS WITH YOU OR SPIDERS.
ALSO DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE OR TAIL LIGHTS STOLEN.
I had a conversation from another guest about there tail lights and they did nothing to help him
Rooms: Bed bugs and huge spiders in lobby I seen a few guests scream due to the fact they had a spider crawling on them and also a lady at the night also got bit by a horse fly due to the fact she was screaming at 2 in the morning
Nearby activities: People steal vehicles and tail lights and catalyc converters and they have security that doesn't even drive around the other property's like there sopose to they just stay in front of the Hampton inn down the street from them. Also there is a front desk agent that consistently goes outside every 20 minutes to go smoke a cigarette.
I also heard a heavy set lady that was talking to another woman with her at the night working talking bout the gentlemen that goes out side consistently stating that she was assuming he was on something since he was sniffling and moving around to quick and also typing very fast and she said it out loud as I was going outside with my husband. I just assumed it was not very professional especially is she was new that's not something to tell someone that just started working there because I never seen her face before.

Room was nice but the food was disgusting, I would rather eat a raw onion than that. The indoor pool is pathetic and dirty, the room it's it in disgustingly humid, and not deep at all(4'6"). Great for Marco Polo with a bunch of highschoolers tho ?

Our room smelled like urine. The fridge is a baby fridge that holds 8 waters max. We thought that because it was a suite, it would be a bigger fridge.

Came down for a taekwondo tournament and stayed here for two nights. The room was nice and it was quiet. The beds were comfortable, and the pool area was warm. Breakfast had the usuals and was really good. They had two waffle irons, so that made things quick for everyone. No peanut butter but that wasntvthe end of the world for me. Will definitely stay here again next year when we come back for Spring National's taekwondo tournament.
Food and drinks: Up the street, there was a Sonic, Whataburger, Chick Fil A Burger King, and Chili's. There were quite a few other places too, but these are where i knew my kids would be ok with eating.

Nice quiet hotel in a shopping area. No nearby neighborhoods. Very nice for the price.

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would terrible breakfast isn’t what it used to be and the check in people take forever to get u in I wouldn’t stay here

Fair price, breakfast included. Little far from downtown nuit with bus service, it's easy and cheap.
