Our stay there was good. The rooms are very clean and plan was laid out well with everything conveniently located. Breakfast had a lot of choices, too.

I arrived, the manager asked for my name and information. Once I gave her my information, I was subsequently told they were full the night before and rooms were not ready due to needing to be cleaned, which was understandable. She told me to come back or call in about an hour which I found to be odd, because usually staff will say please wait while we find a room or do their best to accommodate their customers in some way. I also found it odd that she took my information (if you knew no rooms were available, why complete the check in process if you weren’t going to try to accommodate me), there was no offer to hold luggage until a room became available and that she charged my card minutes after I was told to come back. I was literally in the parking lot when I received an alert my card had been charged. I called to ask why my card was charged if I hadn’t been given a room and was told “we do an advanced charge.” That was a lie because I had booked the hotel the day before and hadn’t been charged. She charged me when she thought I would be going to another hotel because there were no rooms available after having traveled as far as I had. I told her I found her response to be incredibly disingenuous and in poor taste and she hung up in my face when I told her that. It appears that is the response this establishment gives rather than giving a professional response to valid inquiries. I certainly cannot recommend this place off of principle alone and would never stay anywhere I feel disrespected or looked down upon. I understand businesses need to be ran, but there’s a proper way to do so and they don’t know how.

We had an excellent stay here. Christopher Anderson, the manager, is very kind and allowed our family to watch the Chiefs game in the lobby while eating delivered BBQ! Miss Gwen made sure the breakfast was perfect! She is so caring and wants everyone to enjoy their stay. Ashley at the front desk is so personable and friendly and helps you start your day on a positive note. We recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

We had a large wedding party (50 plus) arriving on different days and times from all over the country. General Manager Christopher Morgan and all of his staff were extremely accommodating. A special shout out to Jeremy, Patel, Ashley and Gwen. Thank you for your patience, assistance and professionalism.Rooms: All the rooms were modern and clean.Food & drinks: The free breakfast was delicious and saved our group lots of time and money.

It looked like a fairly new property, but my room was a little small for me. I loved the size of the bathroom. There was an unpleasant smell in my room, and the carpet looked dirty and like it hadn't been vacuumed recently. Additionally, I wasn't pleased with the hotel's $5.00 parking charge on my bill. Typically, Fairfield inns do not charge for parking. The one plus was the customer service, very nice and friendly staff.

Excellent hotel!!!! Loved the manager! He was super friendly and made our stay extra special!!! The hotel was clean with new designs!! Loved our room with 2 TVs!! It was very nice! Breakfast was great!!!

This place is straight up the worst ran hotel I’ve been in. Manager and desk workers should all be fired on the spot. Just look at how many reviews say the same thing. Avoid like the plague.

Hotel is good. Room was nicely setup. Bathroom is good. Had brown outs that fried the elevators and the TV system while I was there. I will for sure stay here again, good location and the room is good but it was disappointing to have those issues ruin my last night/day there. The breakfast, like most American hotels, is at best serviceable.

Overall great stay. King Studio room was nice and spacious enough for a family of 3. Nice that it included breakfast as well. Gym was kind of warm, didn't bother to ask if they could turn up the air- it was a short workout. Staff was hospitable. One of the few hotels I've noticed that has a parking fee less than $20 which is a plus. I would recommend all my friends and family to stay here when visiting Dallas (15mins away from Downtown/Uptown area).

One of the nicest, if not the nicest, in the Metroplex.The managers were helpful and courteous. The beds and pillows comfy and the breakfast buffet varied and filling.The outdoor pool was lovely. Just know the area that looks like a hot tub / jacuzzi isn’t. It’s designed to be a wading pool for little kids.

I’ve never been so upset and frustrated with how things are managed at this place. They should be a little more detailed about the information they provide. I made my reservation days before. A 2 night reservation. I drove 6 hrs just to get there and my room wasn’t available anymore. They charged me a penalty for no calling and letting them know I was going to be late. It doesn’t make any sense, at least give your customers a call before charging penalties just to double check they’re coming or not. Anyways, for someone who doesn’t have any experience in traveling and dealing with hotels, what a such an inconvenience!

Best breakfast in town. The only down fall with this location is obviously the owner. Not only do they charge 5 bucks to park in their parking lot but are the slowest to return your deposit after you check out. It's not the normal 1 day - 5 days like every other hotel in Dallas but they practically take out a loan with your deposit and have to fight with the credit card company to return it. They hotel blames the credit card company and the credit card company blames the hotel. All I know is if I go to a other hotel and they can have my money back on the card the same day that I check out, I'm pretty sure I know which end is holding the process up. Other than that and the bad area you don't want to walk around in, the hotel is great. Well one other thing the pool is pretty much on the shade more than half of the day bc the hotel blocks the sun. The breakfast makes up for all of the negative.Rooms: Rooms are nice average size and super clean bc the hotel is pretty new.Nearby activities: WalmartSafety: Probably be good to have a bullet proof vest if you plan on venturing beyond the parking lot.Walkability: Do not want to walk around in this areaFood & drinks: Bring your own or be ready to pay almost $4.00 for a bottle of your choice of soft drinks.
