I called to make an appointment and I was told it was scheduled for 10am. When I arrived at 9:20am, I was told it is actually at 10:30am. We waited 3 hours to be seen. Mind you my child only needed 1 shot for school. They called 2 families that came in AFTER us. The excuse I got was that they were putting my child’s information in the system and this was after 2 hours of waiting. I wish I knew how awful and slow this place was before coming here for 1 shot. No physical needed, just one shot. I am very disappointed.

I haven't been there many times, but yes, they treated us kindly... the first time.

In 5 months, they've answered the phone ONCE. Doesn't matter when I call, rain or shine, they will NOT pick up. I don't know if they're understaffed, or if they just don't care enough. If they don't answer, I'll leave multiple messages asking for a reschedule. Will not get it, will not get called back. They'll just let my child miss her appointment. This continues to happen, over and over. These people are supposed to be there for, and help, children. I guess they can't be bothered to do so. Currently trying to be assigned to any other clinic.

Its somewhat nice depends on the staff because the front desk lady is always moody but other then her the doctors are very nice
