The worst!! customer service.waited 15 minutes for this place to open and felt the vibe instantly nobody wanted to help made every excuse possible, they stood behind counters moving like slugs ignoring customers ready to spend money,I love to look at the purses and shades but felt the attitude nobody wanted to ask me what I wanted to check out, These ladies who work Saturday morning are not helpful,even though I was there to make my last payment of a $1000 layaway they still didn’t change there mood. I went ahead and took my money to uncle dans pawn shop and picked me a beautiful Louis Vuitton purse with the match wallet.My husband also purchased some very nice tools and was treated with better customer service.

I just tried to get a loan for my brand new Chrome book, that I ain't even had a month. This pawnshop wanted to give me &5-$20 for my new Chromebook. That was surely an insult. Everyone is not on drugs. Some people need money for gas, and bills, etc. That's why I broke the relationship that I had with them a few years back. They wanna offer me little money, when they not going to do nothing but sell it for more. NO TO PAWNSHOPS; this one at least anyway, and when I come back for my stuff that I do have in there, it better still be working.

I’ve been doing business with this location for many years … I was born and raised in the neighborhood and have always enjoyed every visits … all the crew members are always nice but but are not push overs … they’ve got rules … “you respect me and will always respect you” 👊🏾
