Since when is taking a smoke break more important than serving customers? Waited 20 min. for cashier to unlock the door, only to have them then tell me that they are now taking a smoke break.

This place claims to be open 24hrs but they are not. I work nights and went to get gas at 3am and the clerk just stood inside and wouldn’t unlock the door. I will start getting everything I need in Ft Worth before I come. Dallas SUCKS!

Do not come to this 7-Eleven to put gas in your car. The machines never accept your debit card and always requires you pay inside. They use this tactic so you will go inside and hopefully buy something. Huge inconvenience to the buyer. Chevron is right across the street. Go there instead.

The ATM looks like someone sneezed or spit up on it. I have asked the male clerks to clean it or give me the materials and I would do it. They just laugh which is very annoying. 2 days ago one of them said they would clean it but it's still nasty. So I went to Valero down the street to get and spend my money. Not going there again even though the ATM is surcharge free.

This gas station has the rudest people working there and they are not clean. For 4 days I asked the clerks to clean the ATM as it looked like it had someone's bodily fluids on it. I even told them that I would clean it if they would give me the supplies. The two male clerks laughed but one of them said that he would clean it. Two days later and the filth was still on the machine (checking up on their promise). Have not been back since even though it used to be a regular spot. Do not eat here, even their pizza. I will not recount how many times I've seen them come from the bathroom and go right to preparing food. They need to wash their hands in front of customers.
