I went at 6am to get coffee and a few other things on my way to work . I was waiting for someone to ring up my items . The cashier was at the coffee machine looking at me like I was from another planet. She asked me are you paying with a card , I said yes and she told me I could use the self check out. I do not go to a convenience store to be forced to do that . I have been coming here for years I won’t be anymore . I left my items and went somewhere else

This place is awesome! I had never been here before & I was shocked. They have a wine cellar area, they have a walk in beer cooler area & they have Laredo Tacos!! The place was very clean & just shiny looking. Paid with Apple Pay & I forgot I locked my card & was stressing on the line behind me & the lady at the counter was such a sweetheart & totally calmed me down hahaha! Overall very impressed!

The Laredo Taco Company is never prepared. If 7/11 can’t handle stores this size, they shouldn’t even try because it makes them look incompetent. Very rude servicefrom the Laredo Taco Company on 09/15/23 7 in the morning

Worst place ever! I worked here for a month the manager harassed me to work there and after he hired me he was completely unfair with my schedule and to me as a person KEN needs to be FIRED right along with the very old barley can walk lady KEKE she’s very messy and keep up mess at the store this whole store needs to be SHUT DOWN very unprofessional people no training once so ever and I will be going to cooperate!!!!

This is the worst 711 in the Dallas area. The employees at night are extremely rude and lazy. A 24/7 establishment that is closed at 11:30 pm on a Friday night. Always closing and locking doors at night. Come here during morning or daytime hours if you want to make sure you can grab what you need. They need new competent night employees.

I come get tacos every morning cause I love this place but recently I have to wait over 20 minutes for someone to take my order at drive thru they don’t even talk to u thru the Inter come u have to drive to the window and they won’t attend u unless there’s absolutely no one in line they won’t even come say sorry for the wait or I’ll be right with u and then when they finally get to u they have a attitude cause there so busy or say next time come in

Large bright and busy. Has an automatic car wash. Collated with a chicken fast food spot. My only complaint is the customer service. All 3 people behind the counter were involved in dealing with some issue related to lottery tickets while the line of waiting customers grew. Not sure why it took all of them to deal with the matter.

This location is very nice (newer construction and large) with a sometimes great Laredo Taco but who is managing the drink machines? Always out of major soda selections like Coke and Dr Pepper and they are currently out of ice all around the store. It's been months now! Do better please.

When you try to put your reward stuff in, if you've already inserted your payment card it canceled the transaction. He put the card and again it tells you to leave it and started but then it says she removed quickly so you type it out and it cancels a transaction again this is a 7-Eleven at multiple stations you never can use your damn rules unless you go inside

I like this location. The ladies at the counter are very nice and says hello every single time I walked in. I also love the convenience of a car wash at this location and the Laredo restaurant. They have a yummy pineapple drink.

Enjoyed the Car wash, took the family for our daily shower ? And bath, So much convenient than going to the beach Or bathhouse spa.
