Not only did she search for the perfect ring, we created together and customized my dream ring. After 30 years of marriage I wanted to upgrade my setting for my pear diamond. The team helped me design my new ring and the result was better than expected. They are currently working on my next project, designing bands from my late moms rings. Can't wait to see how awesome they turn out. I never worried about leaving my diamonds in their hands.

Quality, care and friendliness are 3 words I would use to describe this company. A perfect experience in finding what I was looking for at an incredible price as well. They were able to custom design and make a ring in four weeks which turned out even better than I had expected. The process was seamless, and you do not have the bother of a normal retailer who is just trying to sell. They care about what you want and it is reflected in the quality of their work. Will be returning for wedding rings soon.

Expressions Diamond's have been my go to jewelers for over 10 years. Their service and professionalism is unmatched. They keep current inventory on up to date styles...meaning that even when I come in for a repair I end up buying something new...but with so many sparkling things to look at how can I resist? They have made custom pieces for my family and take great care with the heirloom pieces I have brought them to be restyled. Very satisfied and look forward to working with them for years to come.

Noticed my diamond was loose as I was working at the Women's Apparel Market. I have always noticed their location right off the escalators on the 7th floor. They fixed immediately cleaned my wedding set and charged very little for their impeccable service. They are extremely professional and trustworthy which is why I came in a 2nd time and had my grandmothers ring redone. I thought it needed rubies replaced but it turned out they had to redo all my brackets. It is an heirloom which make me nervous to leave with anyone I don't trust. I was very impressed with Juliana's professionalism and her excellent customer service skills. Being new to TX it is so nice to have someone you can trust with your most prized jeweled possessions. I am now a loyal client of theirs and would highly recommend Expressions!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience while buying an engagement ring. Naved and Javed were prepared before I even entered the store, by hand selecting diamonds that fit within my price range and preferences. Once I selected the stone, they attentively worked with me to design a custom ring, and made sure the design was exactly as I wanted it before creating the ring. My fiance described it as "perfect" and that's all I wanted to hear.These guys are the real deal - experienced, helpful, and not pushy like other ring shops I've been to. On top of all that, I got an excellent price for the ring. Thank you!

Phenomenal process and very easy to acquire the product of your imagination. Julieanna and her contacts worked with me to build my detailed ring design. The patience and diligence showed by Expressions was at the highest level. This has been one of the greatest experiences of customer service and I will tell you why. All of my requirements for the design were put together during Covid-19, the process not only continued but they went even further to show me their ability to still get it done. Julieanna made sure to stay in contact with me and keep me through the loop. The moment I asked for certain changes or requests, they were met. Certifications, pricing and catalogue options was all available for what I was willing to spend. Very transparent process in which they worked with me. I would recommend this store, Julieanna Kirley and Javed Sayed to anyone who would want their ring/jewelry requests met to the minute detail. Excellent service and people.

Wow. Was blown away by Expressions Diamond. Not only was staff nice and professional, they also went the extra mile to make certain my fiancé’s engagement ring was perfect. Specifically, they walked me through the general process and taught me a lot about the quality and type of diamonds. This was information that I thought I had researched adequately before hand. It was a low stress process that, at no point, felt like a sale. Thank you, Expressions, for making our special day that much more special.

Incredible inventory!!! An experience like no other!!! Naved and Javed plus their wonderful staff are amazing.
