I moved in hoping to get a big place for my children… which I did I got a two bath three bed… but its infested with roaches and ants since day one. They didnt show me my apartment I would be in they showed me around a apartment that is nowhere near as infested and painted head to toe as my actual apartment. Everything is falling apart and no maintenance man at all is on time to fix it. I wish this place was better but it just simply is not. The pool been broken and not cleaned since i moved in. Nothing about this apartment screams i want to stay here long term. My neighbor broke her lease but i just cant. Move day cant come fast enough.

I would only suggest this complex if you are absolutely desperate! The maintenance turn around time is 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. There is a lot going on at night so don’t expect to sleep well. When I moved in the apartment, the dead bolt lock didn’t work, the AC went out, had a roach infestation, & the unit above me water unit broke & leaked all thru my kitchen ceiling for DAYS!!! There are an LOT of questionable & suspicious people on the property. Additionally up until the end of my lease, the leasing staff appeared very nonchalant, & passive aggressive about any issue brought up. Also, don’t waste your money on a parking spot… bc the towing company is super slow & ppl will always park in your spot.

I only lived here since February 2024 and just recently they came fixed everything I said that needed to be fixed. But when I really got settled into my apartment they never gave me a chance to pay my rent at all. They took me to court when I was not even in my apartment for a month yet. Then I had some medical issues going on which I had a brain stem stroke and I was not working that many hours. They didn’t understand at all and they never gave me a chance to catch up on my rent at all. Also I haven’t even gotten no mailbox key at all since I moved in my apartment In February. Now I got to move out cause they not willing to work with me at all. Also I don’t have no were else to go cause they put me out when I had a medical condition

If I could give less stars I would. The absolute WORST apartments and I advise you DO NOT sign a lease. I went without air (during the summertime) and no one came to fix it after multiple maintenance requests. They only offered a hotel stay for the night so I would not go to corporate and legally file a complaint. When they finally fixed it, it appears this could’ve been fixed within a 2-5 day span. They run through new management daily and Chassity is a terrible Apartment manager. Asked multiple times for her to do a walkthrough but acted as if she was so busy but once I left she immediately went to look at the apartment and gouged the payment for the walkthrough after. Once told about it she tried to play dumb and make up multiple excuses saying she didn’t charge me for something’s but she did. The apartments were infested with roaches. Also there are occasionally cop chases through the apartment, and shooting. Again DONT SIGN HERE

Don’t move here. They rarely fix anything. The property isn’t kept like it should be. The amenities aren’t sufficient. But, they’re always on time with rent requests, late notices, and unnecessary towing. Maintain your peace and find some place else to reside.

All I can say is, if you enjoy HOT WATER, then don’t move here. Me and my boyfriend have suffered without a working water heater for a few months, we have made multiple complaints and it seems we are forgotten about each time we complain. They’ve had more than one maintenance man attempt to fix it, but the maintenance team have reported to us that there’s is nothing they can do to fix it. Therefore, it is the apartment’s responsibility. Additionally, the last time we complained about HOT WATER, the manager on the phone decided to bring up a $25 fee to be added to our rent every month for a parking space. This was never enforced before, and we’ve been here over a year. Why is it that when we are complaining about issues, they decide to add a fee to our rent? Makes no sense. We’re tired of taking cold showers & washing dishes super hard.

Horrible customer service. Since I moved in I have had renters insurance. My information was submitted and APPROVED!! Yet every month they have been charging me a waiver fee as if I don’t have renters insurance!! I have reached out SEVERAL times to get my money credited, I’ve sent proof of my approval dating back to the start of my lease and still no resolve. No one will respond to calls/emails regarding this issue.

I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here. I applied for an apartment and there was an issue with the screening and I was told to give them until Tuesday (1/2) to figure something out. I was supposed to move in tomorrow (1/5) and still have not heard back from them. I’ve been calling and left a voice mail and nothing. They also got an extra application fee out of me which I’m sure I won’t get back. I guess it’s for the best because they have bad reviews any way.

Everyone has been so kind & I would like to shout out TJ (Travez) and Shanquita in the front office! From the time we took our tour until now they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure my family is taken care of at exchange and we really appreciate it!
