Terrible terrible......they won't answer the phone, and text u to text them. Then they ignore texts. It's been "raining" in my unit for 2 years now because there are holes in the roof. They don't do walk the property. I can go on and on and on. Just be aware.

Terrible company that is extremely good at collecting their fees every month and then doing nothing. The staff is really nasty too.

Buyer beware! First of all this is not a sporting goods company as listed on YELP. It is a property management company located on 9241 LBJ Fwy, Ste 111, Dallas TX 75243. The comments from the 3 reviews are right on. Latest one a month ago saying it's been 11 mos not receiving answers on accounting error sounds all too familiar. Best to find a highly rated property management company. This one not it.

Stop and read this review prior to hiring them to manage your HOA. Our HOA used this company for years and they seemed to have done a good job until we decided to go back to self management HOA. We gave them 90 days notice and set up a date for the remainder of the balance to be mailed to us. We did not receive the remainder of our balance until a month later. After receiving the checks. Their were some accounting errors on their part and I have sent them 15 different emails over a 11 month period, trying to get the error rectified, and do this date they have not being able to give us an answer.

HORRIBLE company! Anyone that even thinks of using them will learn to regret it! They cater to investors and the staff is horrible! They are rude and never answer the phone, never return calls or emails. Things they say and promise never happen. Walking into their office is walking back into the 1970s. Everything is outdated from furniture, vertical blinds and the filing system is boxes on old yellowed plastic garage shelves. The manager never walks the property as she is paid to do. The collections lady is playing on her phone and never remembers things told to her. They will steal your money and change rules to fit them while showing favoritism to the investors. Anyone that doesn't do research on these people before signing on will regret it.
