You have a great eye for detail and a great ear for the customer. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to go over it for the our unexpected guest to the show room (hubby). I have had the privilege of working with Diane Mallory on two projects and if I have a third I would hope to work with her again. She had such great ideas about how to decorate my rooms. She took my ideas and ran with them so they were completely fulfilled.Diane as a person is so kind and patient and took so much time with us and never made us feel rushed.

Bought furniture with expectation that things will go well for it is EA. The furniture was delivered in less than a month which surprised me. But the loveseat back cushions were wrinkled and sofa seat cushions were inconsistent. After multiple follow ups they sent someone to check my concerns who made recommendations with a directive to remind the store to apply the (purchased) stain protector. But I was told by CS rep that the fabric I selected have protectant built into the fabric, they don’t apply anything to the fabric. I requested clarification on why a stain protector was recommended when it seems unnecessary. I have not received any response. This has been going on for 3 months now. The responses are very slow requiring multiple follow ups. We bought EA furniture 20 years ago with great experience but this current experience is very disappointing.

Ethan Allen was very mean to me. They didn't do my drinks right after the school and they didn't have a bad attitude so they didn't have even been better than the other girls yet and they are all okay with that all day of course I
