Staff was friendly. The Doctor was professional and funny. They had very nice patient amenities to make the experience there better than it otherwise might be for patients and their friends/family like me. SMU decor was a plus ;) best ER I’ve been to. Oh and not an hour or more wait just for my friend to be taken back! Thanks for everything guys:)

I Went here with kidney stone pain and the staff is AMAZING. They were kind and personable. They took care of me swiftly and were very thorough. The building was comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend if you’re needing an ER.

This was such an amazing visit! I'm specifically shouting out Ms.Judy & Ms.Brendy. The staff was so personable and we hardly waited. They were upfront with us about our copay and educated us as they treated us. Coming here was an amazing decision and I can't thank them enough for their honesty & hospitality (they have snacks)

Terrible service in the end. The first Dr we saw was kind and helpful. My brother was kept overnight and got significantly worse. His wound had spread and turned black. The next morning a new Dr was there and unwilling to do very basic care like identify swelling to track how far the infection had spread. When we asked to be transferred to another hospital rather than wait for infection to spread further they chose to call the police. Thankfully the police got an ambulance to take him to a real emergency room. I’ve never been so appalled by a staff of 5 people with 1 patient and their blatant refusal to help when things went wrong. My brother ended up admitted to UTSW and needed surgery. Hopefully he won’t lose the limb. Do not go there for anything other than a CoVid test. Absolutely terrible terrible staff. I’ve shown a picture of wound when we arrived and what it looked like after their service. Thank god for the UP police getting him moved to a hospital and shame on the nurse and the female Dr who refused to help us get him somewhere else. DON’T GO HERE! He was their only patient and they couldn’t be bothered to even mark his swelling! Look at the pictures and tell me you wouldn’t have insisted he be transferred. They actually refused to pick up the phone and call another hospital. I’m absolutely horrified my brother was allowed to get to this degree over the course of their care. His fever got up to 102.8. Very thankful the police at least took it seriously!!!! When it was beyond their abilities and had progressed to that level they should have bent over backwards to get him the help he desperately needed. They didn’t even do an X-ray that ended up being important.

Absolutely amazing experience. I am a physician and would highly recommend them! The facility is beautiful, the staff is welcoming and attentive and the doctor was amazing. They took care of my daughter quickly and treated us as though we were family. We will definitely use them in the future for all our ER issues!

Dr. Delk, McKenzie, and the rest of the staff were welcoming and very helpful this evening! They explained everything and put me at ease. Beautiful, clean ER with top notch staff!

The staff is amazing and the Doctor was so informative. Judy up front is the sweetest thing and my nurses made me feel really at ease even though I was in tremendous amounts of pain. They really care about people

My child fell biking and we thought she might have broken a bone. Got x rays and it was in fact a fracture. Dr. Rubin and his team of nurses were kind to my child and put a splint on so that we could get a hard cast a few days later. No wait.**** update: the disc with the x rays they gave me to give to the ortho was blank. Rats

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and facilities! I highly recommend this ER. I brought my 11 month old in for respiratory distress. We were seen in a room in minutes and he received treatments right away. The nurse and doctor were incredible. The physician was thorough, kind, skilled, and reassuring. The nurse was clearly a veteran and was the perfect person to attend to our scared 11 month old (and parents). We are now safely home and I am so grateful for the care we received. Not to mention, the facilities were beyond comfortable. There were an abundance of snacks and drinks and even a Roku in every room! We were in and out in an hour but I would’ve felt right at home if we had to stay longer.

They got us seen immediately, everyone there was incredibly kind and helpful. Doctor was great! We were seen and out the door in less than an hour. A+ five stars!! Excellent!
