I’m currently staying at this hotel. It’s my fault for not reading the reviews prior to me booking. I’m a certified travel agent and this hotel really gives the Hilton/Embassy brand a bad reputation. I always stay at Hilton. I did my check in and requested a digital key. I arrived at the hotel around 9pm the digital key worked for the exterior door to enter the hotel the key did not work for my room door?. I have a bad ankle so I couldn’t go back down to the lobby. So I had to call front wait for someone to pick up to bring me key cards?. The room is 1 star at best. Mold, broken furniture, soiled outdated furniture, refrigerator was sitting in the middle of the galley floor. Shower head was not secured to the wall. NEVER AGAIN. I have more but I’m sure you get the picture.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location and proximity to the airport, everything else just awful. First off this hotel needs a major update, it is stuck in the 80s with its popcorn ceilings and mustard yellow carpet. There was mild in the bathroom, blood on the pillow, stains on the towels and blood stains on the floor. We asked to switch rooms and were denied. The last few times we have stayed at Hilton hotels we have been disappointed. You pay a good penny to stay at these hotels and expect a level of cleanliness and quality but instead get stuck with disappointed. Do not stay here.

CLEAN THE POOL AND HOT TUB!!! The pool was gross and you couldn't see your feet 3 ft down, and hot tub was very disgusting and my bathing suit was 5 pounds heavier due to the sand/chlorine/foot scum in it.? The pool felt like an ice bath! 3 out of 4 of us sneezed uncontrollably in the shower...mold? The room and staff were pretty nice, and the breakfast was GREAT!!?Food & drinks: Whataburger next door?

Uughh...it's an old hotel with a modern lobby, in desperate need of renovations in the rooms. The floor in our room was soaking wet in a high traffic area. We put a towel down and it soaked up nasty brown water (?) I let front desk know. Nothing was done. I was told later, while complaining about the another problem that there had been a leak in the room above us and it had leaked all the way through. That room is definitely going to be moldy soon, if not already. The wall paper had bubbles in it. The other issue was our microwave wasn't working. I call the front desk and they tell me maintenance can bring a new one. Great. 1 hour goes by. Where's my microwave? Call again. They said the maintenance man was in a other room and will bring it soon. K.... another hour goes by and I call again only for the front desk have to call me back 5 minutes later to tell me "we don't have any more microwaves, you can use the one in the lobby" Couldn't they have told me that 2 hours ago? The point was- I didn't want to walk to the lobby with my kid to stand in the snack area and microwave a few food items in my pjs. They offered me 10,000 points for the inconvenience. Gee thanks...like I'm going to see those points. Lastly, the pool was susssssyyy cloudy and not heated as advertised. Hot tub looked like hot milky water. Maybe skip this Embassy Hilton or stay at a Marriott.

This hotel had a nice breakfast and happy hour, and the lobby was a nice place to eat dinner (delivered). The front desk staff and kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was really not great at all. Housekeeping skipped our room two days in a row so we ended up with a lot of piled up trash, no coffee, and no fresh towels (one of ours had gotten soaked by accident). There were two leaky faucets and black mold growing by the window (see photos). The hinges in the bathroom were all rusty and the bath tub wouldn’t plug. I’d skip this hotel for now.

Between the noisy AC waking me and my wife up at night and the bathroom that had issues, not a pleasant stay. Even the front desk staff knew of the AC issues in my room. The staff that I did interact with were very pleasant. The elevator randomly stopped working and made us get out on the 5th floor, flashing 0s. It started working again after 10 minutes.I stay at Embassy Suites for the breakfast which was great as usual. The evening reception was missed this round due to check in time.

Huda you need to find a job in which you enjoy to work and can be a normal employee with superb customer service skills. Just from heart. No offense but your hotel will lose business because of how bad you are to your customers.Sorry, but this is my honest opinion... stay somewhere else. ( embassy employees pls do not reply to my review thanks.)Btw Huda stayed there anyway, you could've just told me to go to another embassy instead of calling me a fraud.First off, HUDA has the worst customer service skills in the United States of America. She is VERY rude. Accused me of being a fraud when I was a paying customer. The breakfast is better at every other embassy versus this one. The pool is small and super cold. You'll freeze and the hot tub is full off pee hence the word hot tub ?. Rooms are tiny and they need to upgrade them. There's kids everywhere we barely got any sleep and I had to have my sister book room because of HUDA not allowing me due to saying I was a fraud. Huda you were SNIPPY on phone and I have never been spoken to by a agent in the way you spoke to me in my life.IM 32 soooo yea... AND IF THE CALLS ARE RECORDED AS YOU STATED I HOPE YOUR MANAGERS ALLOW YOU TO LISTEN AND LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES. Find another embassy I promise if u stay here you'll regret it. ? you've had wasted ur money embassy ain't cheap. And for the price they definitely will OWE YOU MONEY FOR EVEN STAYING THERE AFTER YOU CHECK OUT.

Breakfast was amazing and so was happy hour. Other than that not a great Hilton property. Our rooms air conditioning and heating didn’t work. They had to provided a portable heater. They never restocked our room and had to call down daily. Get a room that does not face the freeway. Could hear traffic and emergency responders all night. The treadmill didn’t work nor did our tv in the room. They said they would send someone but nobody showed up. Room was rundown but lobby was nice. As an honors member they didn’t leave fruit or chocolate in the room. Had to ask for it. Hotel is similar to a holiday inn now.Noteworthy details: Rooms are rundown.

I read some negative reviews, but decided to see for myself. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast with all the traditional options including omelets made to order. Happy hour every night at the bar with free drinks. The food at the bar was excellent. Easy access to the freeway. The pool could've been a little cleaner, but that wasn't a big deal to me. Exercise room open 24 hours. Room key was required to enter the hotel at night. I'd definitely stay there again.Rooms: Very clean and easy to get to from anywhere. Were cleaned every day and re-stcked. The design is of the hotel is great. No long hallways to go down.
