I've been a tenant at IRT Living's Eleven10 for 2.5 years, and it's been a constant struggle. The management's negligence and disregard for tenant concerns have made my stay here a nightmare.
* Elevator Hell: The elevator has been out of service for extended periods, making it extremely difficult for residents, especially those with mobility issues, to access their apartments.
* Health Hazard: I discovered black mold in my unit, a serious health risk that was left unaddressed for weeks.
* Security Breach: The back door to the dog park was left unlocked for months, compromising the security of the entire building. Additionally, there have been multiple break-ins in the parking lot.
* Noise Pollution: The noise from the pool area, especially during the summer months, is unbearable. Despite numerous complaints, the management has failed to take any meaningful action.
* Unsanitary Conditions: The hallways are often littered with dog poop, creating an unsanitary and unpleasant living environment.
The lack of responsiveness from the management team is appalling. It's clear that they prioritize profits over tenant satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering moving here

this place is horrific. - management does not care about you one bit. I lived with mold covering our ceiling for 2.5 months because our AC unit broke and sprayed the place. We submitted multiple maintenence requests before they did a single thing, which was just sticking a fan in our unit. We kept asking for them to fix it, because I worked from home and I was getting sick from breathing it and breaking out in rashes. Management told us that they had contractors coming in and out of our unit to get estimates (blatant lie- I didn't leave during the day b/c of work). they then told us it would be fixed the following week. nope. We ended up living there until the end of our lease with brown mold everywhere over our kitchen. We tried to get some sort of agreement set to adjust rent because we were not living in what we paid for, and they refused :) Live here at your own risk. also all the other reviews about the place being covered in roaches and dog poo are true.

**Extremely unsatisfied with the application process.**
I applied for a unit and received a screening result showing my approval. I called the office to verify, and the representative confirmed that my unit was on hold, with my move-in date set for October 24. However, the next day I visited the website to check measurements, only to find the unit listed as available for rent.
I called the office again for clarification, and this time I was told that my application was back to pending because they couldn't hold the unit for that long. This lack of communication is frustrating and unprofessional. I shouldn't have had to call to get this critical information, and incorrect approval details shouldn't have been relayed over the phone in the first place.
Now, my application is sitting with no unit attached, and I’ve been told I can only have the unit if it doesn’t get rented to someone else. This has added unnecessary stress to my already difficult out-of-state move, and I am seriously reconsidering moving forward with this process.

I've really enjoyed living here this past year. The location is great! My apartment is spacious and my pool view is amazing. They floors are well kept and they staff really makes it feel like home. Will defenitley be renewing.

I've been here going on a year and let me tell you! Our pool looks like a resort with the backdrop waterfall which never stops (I get so many compliments when family and friends come over). I have downtown views from my bedroom and room. I go to the Dallas farmers Market right across the street, every single Saturday and Sunday for fresh fruits and cool little shops. I love it here :)

Save yourself the trouble of being nickled and dimed (ESPECIALLY upon move out—don’t expect your security deposit back), the hallways are always dirty, maybe you’ll even find poop on your doormat. Car break-ins happen all the time too. Office staff is friendly, but not responsive. Getting them to pick up the phone or respond back takes forever. If for whatever reason you find yourself having to break your lease (life happens), prepare to pay 4 month’s worth of rent in order to break it. You have to pay for the third party delivery service, Fetch, which loses your package half the time or delivers it to someone else’s address. Upon move out, we cleaned, patched up walls, and even took pictures of each room just to have proof that the apartment unit was left in good condition. We were still charged over $400 in damage and cleaning fees. Overall, I would not recommend Eleven10 at Farmers Market and I’m happy to finally be done with them after all the stress and money they’ve costed me.

I stayed here for a year, and I'm so happy that I don't live here anymore. Car break-ins happen all the time, and there are homeless people everywhere. The property is dirty and not well-kept. The courtyard furniture is dirty, the sky deck needs an upgrade, and the hallway smells like weed and a daycare. The gym is a joke. There is nothing luxurious about this place. The only plus about living here is the Farmers Market, but after a while, you will realize the Farmers Market is overrated and overpriced; it's nothing special. I lived downtown for four years, and this was the worst apartment complex ever! Also, the manager Ben's attitude stinks!

Love the residence and front desk staff. Been here for 3months and hear commonly that people are resigning (yeah i'm a talker in the gym lol). Great view, great community and unbeatable view

Horribly managed. Upkeep of property is poor. Has became ghetto at 1110. Leaking roof, unsecured garage entry doors, some missing door handles. Dog poop and urine smell everywhere. I started feeling I was staying in a Section 8 apartment complex. I had mice running around took over my apartment at one point. Locked bathroom doors. No bathroom to use after 6pm if you decide to workout or sometimes at the pool area so imagine who all is just letting it go in the pool because it’s too far to walk back to their apartment. Car breaking, no security. Paying for pest control only recall being done once but seen bugs all the time in stairwell. Paying for fetch we never used, paying for amenities that can’t be satisfied using. Pool table has one stick and unmatched balls not a full set. One working bbq grill for entire bldg. pool area lights are off at night so it’s dark if you grill got to use your phone flashlight light. All of this I complained and put in maintenance req, about a year ago. Nothing changed. Elevator or entry gate always not working. Just horrible management and upkeep. Eleven 10 please don’t respond back with we are discouraged of this news and like to know your feedback give us a call spill. Ya are fully aware of the madness going on for over the years and done nothing about it but send out long emails. How is that working out for you? It’s NOT!!!
