“Slemmons restored my AX-Edge keytar to perfect condition. We had a long wait due to circumstances outside anyone’s control (waiting on a rare part from the manufacturer) and during that time the communication was excellent, they followed up regularly with the manufacturer and shared updates etc. As soon as the part arrived the repair was done FAST. Pricing was transparent and very reasonable. Would recommend for any instrument repair especially electronics which you really don’t want to DIY! These folks are pros.”

I was ecstatic. I thought it would take a couple days. I picked it up and it was running like brand new. Been playing COD ever since.”

“I had taken my 2019 Samsung 65 in curve tv to them. He let me know that it would be about 7 to 10 days. He would let know the price as soon as he could confirm what the issue was. LED light strip. ( Half black screen)2 or 3 days later he quoted me $275. Parts and labor.(I have watched videos on you tube on how to. I do not have those tools, (and why buy the tools if I will only use once)). Also, he knows what he is doing. It would be my first time trying.Leave it to the professionals. 100% happy with the work.Great job!!!!Thank you again!”

“I've dealt this person for well over 5 yrs and I've yet to find a more reliable and experienced technician. He not only saved me from buying a new Tv by fixing my older tv at a very reasonable price and quick turnaround,, he also just told me that my 4-yr tv wasn't worth spending $$ bc of the problem I had. When I called the authorized Sony service center that Sony told me to call, he confirmed what this gentleman said. They said there was "no repair option". Ty Amni”

My battery had caught on fire during repair and I had felt hopeless for multiple days when trying to request a replacement device with Google Support. I am convinced that with Hernan's assistance on this issue, I was able to finally receive confirmation of resolution.
