Ordered an iPhone X from them on eBay. The battery was dead and it was reported stolen. When I returned it, I was threatened with doxxing and my credit card being stolen, because they said I reported the phone stolen.

Very poor Service. I took my phone into get it repaired a few mins after leaving out the shop my phone cracked again as I was taking it out of the case. When I spoke to the manager he saw where my phone was repaired incorrectly and said I must pay extra to have it repaired by them again this time correctly.

ordered a phone from them through Amazon and upon receiving the phone the screen was delaminating. Returned the item for being defective and they charged a 50% restocking fee, BEWARE of this company, they are a total scam.

DO NOT GO HERE WENT YESTERDAY ON 1/31/2020 to get my 7 plus screen fixed tried using my camera and now it doesn’t work or the flashlight came In today to get it fixed and they wanted to charge me $75 to get it fixed after they just charged me $85 yesterday for the screen had I read the reviews first I would’ve never went to this place

Do not I repeat do not get your phone fixed at wireless zone 2 or any of phone is place in red bird mall. They all use the same repair person. They did not put the screws back in my iPhone 6s after supposedly fixing the lcd. After diagnosis they said I needed a new camera they probably just broke the other one or replace it with a broken one. 2 months later the phone is not working again. They are a scam every last one of them in the family.

Please dont do business w them they sell garbage n won't stand behind it.... I bought a headset less than 24 hrs ago n it broke they didn't apologize just told me it was something I did n they could sell me another 1 at their 40 cost ..... please don't do business w them they are the worst!!!!
